Attic self-storage is your best option!!! Marco and Andre are staffs. They are very nice and friendly. I got a tasty coffee from Andre that I would recommend to my friends. Please choose coffee instead of tea, you won’t regret that. And the experience to store my stuff is easy peats. Marco showed me steps by steps. You don’t need to worry about the procedure. I will rate 10/10 instead of 5 stars.

Place looks perfect but you might get surprised... For example: Delay one payment and we'll lock you out, without even noticing you; Just when I thought I've found the perfect place. But it isn't!

What happened in short:

1: Once the direct debit didn't go through, my app got locked right away, Without Even Being Notified
2: Charged £ 42 for 2 days of delayed payment, which is, of course, "legal" theft
3: After paying the full amount, I DID ASKED THE LADY IF EVERYTHING IS FINE
AS I DON'T WANT TO GET THERE AND HAVE SURPRISES, AND SHE SAID " NO PROBLEMS, YOU WON'T HAVE ANY SURPRISES"
I've got there in the evening of 31st December in order to pick up my amp and speakers as I've had a gig to play
Once I've got there, the app didn't work, I've had no options, EVEN DTHOUGH I'VE BEEN ASSURED BY THE LADY WHO COLLECTED MY PAYMENT
THAT EVERYTHING WILL BE IN FULL WORKING ORDER
I've lost my £ 200 gig and also got my NYE ruined!

Yassin was absolutely amazing and made the whole process incredibly smooth. He helped me secure my storage unit super quickly and was efficient, patient, and very helpful throughout. I truly appreciated how supportive and responsive he was, which made what could have been a stressful task feel easy and straightforward. Excellent service from start to finish.

Do not use this storage facility if you want your things stolen. Staff only care about Kpi ‘s making money on each unit, but when you report theft, they want to act like you don’t know what you’re talking about and be unhelpful. Theft is a regular occurrence and they do nothing because it’s the staff stealing your belongings despite having’ cameras’. Without customers they would have no income. They don’t want to pay out full insurance and there’s a bracket that they only pay. Bernardo was so rude and was huffing and puffing when I simply asked him when would you get back to me?. I asked him for help and this idiot told me ‘ there was no signs of a break in’ despite things missing and not checking the cameras and I had to ask him to check the cameras. Very suspicious. If there was no sign of a break in then why would I have to claim insurance dummy? They make you sign a piece of paper to claim insurance, but also to prevent you from suing and going to court and I had no choice because I couldn’t afford to take it to court. They use a lock combination for all units which can be broken into easily. No other storage facility uses these type of locks, which is why staff steal your things. When I also reported my stuff to Kat or as known as Ekaterina this stupid woman said that an employee wrote a bad review about her stuff being also stolen basically saying it was fake, which doesn’t make any sense. Targeting young vulnerable people and have attempted to remove my review before. Police showed more empathy saying “Why aren’t they having a meeting with you?”. Nothing but evil people.This was based in Bow. One day they will mess with the wrong person that’s all I have to say.

Amy at Marylebone was a huge help to me when I had just started in the finance department of a Danish company that had a storage room at Attic Self Storage Marylebone (for our Uk office). I could see that we were paying for something but I did not have any information about the agreement or how to get access to the online system (I had not received any hand over from my predecessor and could not find any written information either), but based on the information I did have, Amy was able to help me get access to the account and update the contact details so that I would receive the relevant information – and a few weeks later, when I realized that the changes I had asked for, could make it a little more difficult for a colleague in London to get access to the storage room, Amy was again quick to help me get the contact details changed to a set-up that worked better for all involved.
Based on my interactions with Amy, I would be very happy to recommend Attic Self Storage to someone else.
