I placed an order for a few products and accidentally received one product incorrectly. I emailed and almost immediately got a response! The correct product got shipped the next day and they let me keep the incorrect product. Amazing service, will be repurchasing from them :)

Was awaiting a notification on delivery of my parcel and reached out via email but then personally had someone from beauty bazaar call me and explain the delay in shipment of the products I was after and offer to send the remainder of my order first to stop the wait but I was happy with the communication about that and opted to wait for the shipment and then everything arrived early the following week. So very happy with my experience

My recent shopping experience was amazing. Not only did I get everything I was wanting (for cheaper than their competitors offer) but I also received a bonus full size product for free at checkout. My package was packed and shipped out on the same day, and it arrived quickly. Upon opening my parcel I had been generously gifted some bonus face masks and creams to try.
