Another update from the customer…
Another update from the customer service. I waited for a week for the delivery company to investigate and decided to proceed to dispute from my payment method afterpay. Their response is as per below :
We are not responsible for stolen parcels but as a gesture of goodwill, we will give you a full refund for your purchase.
Please note this is our decision to help you out as you don’t seem to have much money.
In the future please give us time to respond to your emails instead of quickly disputing.
It helps to have patience.

Lol. I would suggest all of you please don’t support this kind of business. Not professional at all. I will never spend my energy on this kind of business but looking at their reply on a stolen goods. They are not apologetic and not helpful at all. In fact calling customer with no money and asking to be patience show how low class their customer service.
I don’t even know who wrote this email and there was no name. Well good luck. There’s plenty of retailer that carries kbeauty products.
With my money that I don’t have much, I should be spending it to another retailer that can have empathy to customer who just lost her parcel.
If you are replying customer email and being sarcastic about it show your level of professionalism.
Again, please don’t support this business. Stay away. I managed to get a refund but also a butthurt email response. They don’t valued their customer who don’t have much money like me :)

Amazing Quality and Speedy Delivery
I placed my order on the 27th at night and less than 24 hours later, on the 28th, the shipping was confirmed to be on the way. The order came in 2 days, excluding the 2 day weekend, which is the fastest I’ve ever gotten a package before. Not only are the products extremely affordable, but also authentic, with exceptional quality and very quick delivery. I was extremely impressed and very pleased - no complaints whatsoever.
