Great in-store suiting experience
I usually buy online as I can’t be bothered with the faff of in-store but after I found out the most of my suit trousers no longer fit me (perks of getting older), I went to the Soho store to get a new suit from Aubin the the experience was fantastic. Super helpful advice around style and fit and the offer alterations so could get the arms and trouser length tweaked so make it even better. Really enjoyed the candour of the guys there with special mentions to Costa and Brad. I’ll be back for more suits to replace my old ones later this year.

My first visit to the Aubin store in…
My first visit to the Aubin store in Soho, I have only ordered on-line previously. That will now change, the service from Brad was outstanding. Great advice on putting together a wedding outfit and going the extra mile to ensure alterations were carried out same day. Amazing. I left with a large bag of quality Aubin items!
Clothing and service to match. First class.I'll be back.

Disappointed in my first experience…
Disappointed in my first experience voting direct from Aubin.
Got a lovely light khaki coloured Aubin T-shirt from next. Tried to order more but at the time I thought I had the right colour, it was wrong with them all being medium or dark green.
It appears Aubin use the same photo for different colour greens of which there are many!
The really poor bit is I was charged £3 to return each T-shirt (a handling fee, not postage which I’m grateful was free). So, £6 to return two T-shirts and 2 x £3.99 delivery fees as I ordered two.
So… £13.98 to have two shirts delivered and then returned as the colour shown in the Aubin website is not the actual colour of the T-shirt.
This feels like a mistake on their part / possible misselling and so I would not order from aubin again.
I wrote in the comments when returning the T-shirts the wrong colour issue but this has not been addressed by them.
UPDATE:
Had a really helpful response from Matt at Aubin and a customer friendly outcome. Much appreciated. Would be happy to consider using again. Thank you.

This certainly isn't the experience we want for any customer, especially on a first order. You shouldn't have incurred return handling charges in these circumstances, and I'm also concerned to hear that the colours shown online didn't accurately reflect the T-shirts you received.

Ordered the wrong size
Ordered the wrong size, I’ve lost weight, returned the item to the store. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and swift. Excellent customer service at the Carnaby Str store 10/10.

New Burnham Market store
A beautifully curated collection of high quality clothes and helpful but discrete staff; traditional British retail at its best. The store was taking part in the village carnival with a DJ and wine bar, so full marks for local participation! Will definitely be back for autumn/winter purchases

Edinburgh store great and very helpful. Shirts fit great and comfortable. However, the fuchsia unexpectedly bled pink into the rest of my washing unfortunately including a white oxford.

The shirts are OK nothing outstanding…
The shirts are OK nothing outstanding But I live at Burnham Market and was going to Kent for a wedding and needed a couple of shirts, the lady in the shop hunted me around the shop trying to sell me anything I touched
The machine didn’t work properly so couldn’t give me a receipt which meant the had to surrender an email address which I asked for no further communication but this came through anyway
I will now tell anyone locally not to to use the shop as it’s quite a poor experience and very poor follow up

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We certainly want our customers to feel comfortable browsing at their own pace, and I'll be discussing your comments with the team.
I'm also sorry about the issue with the card machine and the inconvenience of having to provide your email address. All of our stores operate a paperless point-of-sale system as part of our efforts to reduce paper waste, so receipts are typically sent by email. However, we should always be able to provide a printed receipt if a customer requests one, and I'm sorry that this wasn't your experience.
I also apologise that you received further communication after requesting not to. That's clearly not what should have happened.

Impressive customer service and quality item
Very impressed with their customer service. My item arrived within two days of placing the order and was excellent quality. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size and the return exchange process took only three days. Can't think of any other fashion retailer who has been so efficient. The item is really comfortable and the material soft but feels strong.
