During a very difficult time of my uncle passing away, we put his property up for auction via Auction House - Kent and Essex branch. Andrew and his team could not have offered a better service - they were incredible. The process was very easy, I didn’t need to do much at all aside bring down ID and complete an short form which they assisted with. They are a great team. Great advice and expertise were offered by the team including valuation. Communication was very open, clear, and constant throughout the process. I was invited to watch the auction online. The property sold within a month or just over and sold £44,000 above the asking price. I could not be happier or have had a better experience!
