Hidden Hearing Chester
After a lot of research and having various advertising on social media, I decided to have a hearing assessment at Hidden Hearing at Chester. Excellent communication from the very start of booking an appointment . Daniel the Audiologist was exceptional, explaining the testing , hearing devices and my own requirements. I am so pleased with the service and the promise of the aftercare offered to me . Right decision was definitely made to go to Hidden Hearing Chester .

Examination and information I received was excellent, was made to feel very comfortable the minute I arrived for my appointment, lovely calm environment felt no pressure to make immediate decisions, Would Definitely recommend.

Excellent service!
Annoyed that this essential procedure is no longer available on the NHS. However Terri was friendly, efficient, and thorough.
Highly recommend.

Always have a good experience at Hidden Hearing, Chester. Receptionist Rebecca is always welcoming and audiologist Daniel is so friendly and efficient. He checked my hearing thoroughly, told me how it compared with last year and adjusted my hearing aid so it immediately felt more comfortable. I feel my hearing is in good hands!

Daniel as ever a true professional

Excellent testing experience and also advice given during tests.

All around brilliant experience, fast service, very happy. The lady who dealt with me, was very professional and lovely. Her name began with a T I think but can’t remember I’m afraid. Thankyou

Excellent service.
Terri was very thorough and considerate, explaining every stage of the procedure for ear wax removal.
I was very satisfied with the result and can highly recommend the service provided by Hidden Hearing.

Excellent. I saw a lovely lady who was incredibly patient given that I was late for my appointment. She didn’t cut corners. I felt safe in her care and would recommend her.

The hearing test was comprehensive and the advice given was commendable. I will be back for my follow up hearing test

Really helpful and explained things very clearly.

Hearing check-up for 40 yr old male with Dan Nicholson. Efficient but thorough check-up and no problems found. No attempt to sell any product, free check-up without a catch as advertised

My wife and I went for a hearing test and received a very friendly professional service (Daniel N) We were reassured our hearing was ‘normal’. Answered our questions - no hard sell. Would use again in the future.

I had an excellent experience at the Chester Hidden Hearing clinic. Terri guided me through the process and explained everything clearly. The results were really amazing - my hearing felt like mufflers had been taken off my ears. Friends and family had started to say that I was asking them to repeat themselves a lot, and I was worried I was losing my hearing, but this treatment has made a vast difference.

Staff are very nice and very helpful nothing is too much trouble I would recommend it to anyone
