Whenever I visit the Dudley branch of Audika I am always greeted with a smile. The waiting time is short. I always learn something new from the Audiologist, when I visit for a checkup.

My Audiologist, Nailla, was really good. She explained every stage of the process in great detail, she was very knowledgeable and patient. I was so pleased with the hearing aids that she recommended.

Very thorough
My review was very thorough and, following my hearing retest, adjustments were made which improved my hearing. Technology improvements were explained, although there was no pressure to consider a change.

My Audiologist
My Audiologist, Nailla, was really good. She explained every stage of the process in great detail, she was very knowledgeable and patient. I was so pleased with the hearing aids that she recommended.

How bad is the hearing affected
When she put the actual hearing aid on me and I could tell the difference without them.
That was the best part of the whole test.
Test itself was thorough as well,she was polite and explained everything very well too.
