Visited for ear wax removal. Caroline was welcoming and efficient and explained the process fully. Would recommend to anybody for ear was removal and hearing test.

Got some brand new hearing aids from Caroline in Enfield. I am over the moon with them & the clarity of my hearing now is so much better. Caroline took me through everything step by step. She was incredibly patient answering all my questions clearly & repeating as necessary particularly when it came to the app which took me a while to understand. I had occasion to use Audika earlier on this week for their wax removal service. I found them very professional and friendly to deal with from booking the appointment to attending the branch for my appointment. I was welcomed by the receptionist and was seen on time by the audiologist, Caroline, who carried out the procedure without any issues. I always use this firm for my hearing issues and have always had good experiences with them. The staff are very knowledgeable and the service always excellent.
