Microsuction Wax Removal
Searched the internet and thought the service offered seamed reasonable in price. It certainly was I was told when I arrived that if they were not able to remove all the wax in one session I would be invited back for two more sessions at no extra charge. Fortunately all the wax (loads of it!) was removed in this session in 40 mins. I was shown before and after pictures of my ear canal. All very impressive to see a clear canal and unobstructed eardrums. My tinnitus has much reduced and my wife is now shouting at me instead of mumbling!!. In summary I would highly recommend the treatment and in particular Hidden Hearing in Exeter. Thank you Suzanne.

My experience was nothing but efficient…
My experience was nothing but efficient and pleasant. I was treated by Suzanne and I'd thoroughly recommend the service, it was so quick and easy, and for an affordable price. I was nervous about microsuction as I'd never had it done, but Suzanne reassured me throughout and it was over so quickly and absolutely painless. The results were fantastic and I'll definitely be back there and recommend to family and friends.

Thank you to Suzanne at Hidden Hearing in Exeter, who successfully removed some very stubborn ear wax this morning for me. Suzanne is very informative, compassionate and reassuring, which was particularly appreciated as I was recovering from an extremely painful ear infection. Would very much recommend the service.

Hidden Hearing in Exeter is the place…
Hidden Hearing in Exeter is the place to go for earwax removal. This morning I was looked after very well by Suzanne Parish ( Ear Care Practitioner ) Everything was explained before the procedure, during and after. All my questions were answered. I also had a hearing test which was very informative.

I had my ears micro suctioned at the Exeter branch of Hidden Hearing this week by Sharon Richards. From the moment I arrived I was put at ease and the procedure was carried out in a very professional manner. Sharon's explanations were excellent and the technique absolutely pain free. I am delighted with the results and would absolutely recommend Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal.

Covid appointment completed without any issues
Appointment made within covid guidelines. As soon as I attended the shop, the consultant opened the door & the consultation was completed efficiently & promptly.
Would recommend this company for anyone that requires a hearing test.
