I had wonderful treatment for ear wax…
I had wonderful treatment for ear wax removal which was persistent. Roopa Samani was so patient and professional. After several attempts she managed to clear and I could hear again! Will visit more regularly in future!

Restored my hearing due to a wax build up.

I had ear impressions made in May at…
I had ear impressions made in May at the cost of £30 unfortunately the in ear monitors that were 3D printed from the impressions did not seal
I returned in June to get new impressions made
when I mentioned the others were unsuccessful the guy who was dealing with me said the person who did the last ones was standing in
and he couldn’t guarantee them
To add insult to injury
When I paid on the way out the price had gone up to £50 from £30
A £20 rise in a month that’s almost a rise of 70%
I think that’s disgusting

As of June 2022, we charge £50 for an impression appointment. This is an increase from the £30 fee that has been in place for many years. We are sorry that it negatively affected you over the course of the month.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Guildford for an ear wax removal procedure. The practitioner was very professional and completed the procedure very competently. I would not hesitate in recommending this service in the future.

Wax removal - excellent service
Linda Mogran in the Guildford branch did an ear wax removal for me. Very polite, informative and efficient service, Linda showed me before and after videos on the iPhone connected otoscope which was really interesting and reassuring.
I would definitely recommend the service. I only needed one visit, but up to 3 repeats are included in the very reasonable single fee if this is needed. Good value.

I had my ear wax removed by Linda…
I had my ear wax removed by Linda Morgan. She did a great and a comprehensive job. I was very impressed by the use of camera in the ears and pleasantly surprised to also get a hearing test.

I attended the Guildford clinic with Linda Morgan as I had earwax build up. I would highly recommend Linda. She took great care to ensure she did not cause me any pain which was very important to me as I had attended elsewhere and they had caused me significant pain. She removed the earwax efficiently. I have already advised 3 people to make an appointment at Hidden Hearing
