Very friendly and efficient appointment.

I visited for a hearing test yesterday out of concerns for noise induced hearing loss and was reassured that my hearing was still within the normal range. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and answered my questions respectfully.

Having just visited Hidden Hearing in Halifax I can only say what a joy it was. Friendly and welcoming from start. Me and my wife went for hearing test. And was given in-depth advice for free. No hard sell on buying hearing aids. We will definitely recommend.

Had a hearing appointment this afternoon where we were made to feel very welcome by Tracy in reception who made us tea and supplied us with biscuits. I was then seen by Tayaz the Audiologist who was very thorough and Chloe who took videos and photos of both ear canals which will allow me to upload to my e. Mail fir further treatment. Very professional and friendly team at the Halifax branch

I am a stranger to Halifax, but I visited Hidden Hearing for some help with my hearing aids when visiting family locally today.
The lady could not have been more helpful and even though they don’t sell Phonak, she still managed to solve my problem.

Great experience! Struggled with the pain in both of my ears- to realise they were both full of wax. Chloe removed all the wax for me and made me feel so much better 😊 definitely recommend coming here! The lady who welcomed me was also so kind!

I received a nice warm welcome this morning. I was offered refreshments, and was dealt with in a nice friendly manner. My blocked ears were dealt with accordingly. It was a definite challenge for the clinician. My ears were very blocked. However, she persisted, and got there in the end. I was very grateful. It felt as though I had super hearing. Tabrez & Tracey at Hidden Hearing in Halifax have provided an excellent service and I’m delighted with my digital hearing aids. Tabrez explained everything fully during the testing & fitting stage and as a result I feel confident in using & getting the best from my new hearing aids. When visiting the shop, they make you feel so welcome & encourage return visits or a call in the event of any queries or concerns. I would highly recommend a visit if you have you are looking for a hearing test or hearing aids as they provide a professional & caring approach & make you feel very welcome.

Leaving a review on behalf of my elderly father.
After suffering for many years with ear wax and despite multiple treatments from his GP the issue has never been resolved. Until today. Despite the treatment taking longer than expect and a further visit later in the day to retrieve the persistent stubborn wax, dad is absolutely overjoyed with his treatment. He also would like to say the lady that did the treatment was so lovely.

Dad will be more than happy to recommend this service to anyone.
