Audika - Maidstone Avis 

My annual review and test was really helpful and Darren was brilliant. I remain delighted with Audika - the product is first class and the support from the team in Maidstone is second to none. I called in today as I needed some replacement retainers - Katy was also brilliant! My aids are very comfortable and give enormous relief to my tinnitus.

We had a excellent professional consultation. My daughter has suffered hearing difficulty since her chemo treatment. Darren thoroughly tested her hearing and the physical examination was explained at every step. He reassured us both and went into details of what could possibly be the problem which did not include hearing aids at this point

Sam is a pleasure to deal with. She is very knowledgeable about the product and patient as we get used to. The various functions of the aids. We do not feel rushed during our visit. The spares required are expensive especially in the light of what we paid at the outset.

Yesterday I had an appointment at the Pudding Lane, Maidstone branch of Audika.
Sam, the audiologist, was excellent! She was most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The outcome of the appointment was that she set me up with new AI hearing aids and I can now hear really well with them. The improvement in my hearing has been amazing.
The branch receptionist was also most efficient and welcoming.

Darren was so knowledgable and helpful and my annual appointment was very thorough. I left feeling my hearing was in the best shape it could be and my heating aids had been optimised. Very reassuring.

Staff are always amazing, Samatha is very professional, patient & has a good sense of humour too.

The Audiologist was clear about what would be happening. He also explained the results in a way that anyone could understand.

I was seen on time, Samantha Lidington was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly and thorough.

very helpful with the problem i had. sorted it out quickly. staff always friendly and helpful. i've known Darren or years and it like talking to an old friend each time i visit.

The kind and understanding way Darren discussed my situation with me and his professional approach to my questions and concerns.
It was reassuring that he pointed out the various options I had regarding choosing replacement hearing aids.
It was a very informative appointment that resulted in me placing an order for new hearing aids.

All the staff are friendly and professional but kind and they put me at ease, especially when I had wax removal. I was very nervous but the staff were great. 10/10
