Great customer service at Hidden Hearing Salusbury.
James at Hidden Hearing in Salisbury was absolutely superb. Very professional and explained everything to me and was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. I had my ears syringed after many months of problems including ear infections. Will definitely go back there in future.

Friendly greeting by receptionist, audiologist equally friendly and very informative, with thorough in depth briefing of the test and theory behind hearing. My test was complete smoothly, the results where discussed and available hearing aid options.

The Ear specialist in Salisbury, James, was just fantastic.
His knowledge, understanding and patient manner were absolutely top drawer.
Better still, he cleared the blockage I had in both ears, quickly, effectively and painlessly. It is so wonderful to be back to full hearing.
