Audika, previously Amplifon, in Victoria Sq, Truro are excellent. Mark is very patient and takes his time to deliver the best service, explaing everything carefully. Sal, the receptionist, is very welcoming and friendly.i have no hesitation is recommending them.

From the initial booking call and throughout the consultation we received a warm, friendly, patient and professional service. The audiologist was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions .

Mark was brilliant with me and my mum…
Mark was brilliant with me and my mum he made both of us welcome he went through everything stage by stage he made the stests go smoothly he didn't stress me out he explained the result he even made me smile he tried a set of hearing aids on with me as a demo he's done a refferel to my gp to rexcomend a pair of hearing aids to make my life easier he never once used my disabilities against me like others have done in the past and that made me feel comfortable with mark I would deffo rexcomend going there again and I reccomend highly others try them out and have a happy experience

Visited the Truro store in Victoria Square for my annual hearing aid check. As always excellent service from the receptionist to Mark the audiologist. Mark explains your hearing test in an easy to understand way and listens to any concerns you have and makes you feel at ease.

Great new product Mark has sold me a your latest set of…
Mark has sold me a your latest set of hearing Aids, that has helped a lot with my sudden loss of hearing in my left ear.
Although very expensive, the new set, are excellent, far better than my previous set, that had a number of issues and had to be returned for repair.
