Audika - Worthing Avis 

Having had a terrible experience with a high street optician that will remain nameless but also sells specs, I decided to give HH a go.
I was booked in at the Worthing site, where Ellenor gave me the most thorough hearing test I have ever experienced. I returned a couple of weeks later for the fitting, and have just had my first follow up to see how I am getting on.
The whole process has been outstanding, with every question answered clearly and in real detail.
And the hearing aids… honestly, OMG. I have worn hearing aids for about five years from Specsavers, but my new Oticon Zeals are genuinely next level.
I cannot praise them highly enough.
Moral of the story, you wouldn't use a gardener to service your car, so why use an optician to check your hearing?

All the staff are so helpful and pleasant, and honest. I know it is quite expensive, but I have never been more confident. I live in Littlehampton and have to travel to Worthing by bus, but they always sort out a time suitable to me. I have been going there for several years and have never been disappointed.

The audiologist made me feel very welcome and explained everything in detail, in words I could understand. She showed me my ear canal on the screen and nothing was too much trouble for her to answer. Felt confident in her advice and did not feel hurried at all.

Very good explanations of issue and explanations of each test,along with actual visuals of what he was looking at along with charts showing what the diagnostics meant.

The process of inspecting the ears using a camera enabling rhe patient to see the inside of the outer ear is excellent and it is great that the appointment if free so long as no wax needs to be removed. At the age of 78 I know it is not reasonable for me to expect to have perfect hearing but the hearing test reassures me that my ears do not yet need hearing aids. And it is easy to make the next annual appointment.

Brilliant service , Ellanor was so good with my friend who is 90 years old & has Dementia. Was very understanding & explained everything a few times over !
