I can recommend the ear wax removal service. One of my ears was completely blocked but the hi tech suction equipment in the expert hands of Kathryn sorted things out quickly and painlessly.

I had a blockage in both ears a mix of earwax and hairs that had matted together. I had to have 4 appointments to remove it all. Both Kathryn and Belinda did a fantastic job at every visit. Checking all along the process to make sure I was comfortable and in no pain. It has made a great difference to my hearing. I would throughly recommend the Worthing branch.

I thoroughly recommend Worthing's branch of Hidden Hearing. The clinic is modern, but not clinical and the receptionist, Julie, warm and welcoming. I was seen immediately by clinician, Belinda, who was efficient, relaxed, knowledgeable and reassuring. The microsuction procedure (£70 for both ears), went smoothly exactly as she had described it to me. It was a good allround service which took about 40 minutes. As a reluctant patient, I had been doubtful about having both ears treated, but the resulting clarity after the first ear was cleared gave me the confidence to have the other one done also. My husband is now considering having the same procedure.

I was very impressed with my visit. I had to have wax removed from my ears and the lady that didn't was very nice and friendly. She explained the procedures and showed me pictures of the inside of my ears before and after the procedures. I was also given my first hearing test that I can remember and the explanation of the results was clear and easy to understand. All in all I was very impressed with the service I received.

Lost a lot of my hearing due to earwax and arranged an appointment to have it removed. The receptionist was very helpful and understanding. At my appointment I did not have to wait, everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. Kathy removed the wax with no problem, no pain and explained everything that was happening. She was absolutely amazing. Would definitely book again in the future. Thank you
