I was very pleased with the person who came it was for my yearly check up and service.
The only thing I would have liked different was, I mentioned more than once that I could not change the little rubbers and caps on the end of the earing aid.
So I still can't when the time comes.

The representative was fine the product not
The representative was fine, but he gave up too early on the model I was interested in and tried to sell me something else. I probably would not have bought my original enquiry because of expense, but the one he recommended was also expensive in the light of the possibility of them being lost
