The clarity, the detail, the sheer resolution of the audio is just astonishing. I'm hearing things in my favorite tracks I swear I've never heard before. Aaron provided great advise on when I purchased my Gustard X30 DAC. He set up his system so that I could connect my streamer to it and compare the Gustard to the internal DAC on the streamer.

It's not only this experience either, I have purchased other products from Aaron (Power Cables, Co-Ax and USB to name a few) and every time his knowledge, advice and assistance was amazing.

Highly recommended and while you are at it you are supporting a local independent business.

My usual go to store for anything audiophile related.
I bought my Moondrop Aria 2021, Aria SE, and most recently Moondrop Paras from here.
There have been a few minor hiccups in terms or communications and stock , particularly with the Paras, but in the end I received my orders in a timely manner.
Site has a wide range of produces, both IEMs and Headphones (especially Moondrop products) and is easy and intuitive to navigate itself.

Excellent experience, Team is responsive and able to efficiently support an incorrect order. Would purchase from them again!

Everything arrived on time couldn't be happier

Scam! It's been over a month and a half since I ordered from this store and there has been no reply to my messages and no update on the order.

It took 1 month and Paypal's intervention to get my money back from an item that they acknowledged that was failed to deliver. Don't buy anything from this company.

Order number 7867. I don't want you to send anything to me Aaron, good gesture or not. I have no trust in your ability to solve the issue if the good gesture item fails to deliver again. It's not just a delivery problem. It's a you problem. Your unwillingness to issue refund even when you yourself acknowledged that the item had failed to reach me is why you get a 1 star review. I would've never gotten my money back if PayPal didn't intervene. Imagine if I didn't pay through PayPal but another payment method. You would've just scammed me out of $54. I don't want anything to do with you or your company. Don't bribe me. Won't change review.
