Very disappointed.
Purchased an unlocked phone with express postage..The phone was express posted on Thursday from Canberra and got to travel 187Km in 5days! I walk faster. On my surprise the like new unlocked phone is restricted to Verizone Mobile that won't even work on major provider.

I was really worried about buying from this site, as it seemed dodgy... I mean of the 101 people advertising on facebook through private accounts 100 of them are just scams.
However, I bought the Phone (S21 Ultra) on Saturday, and received it Tuesday morning.
It came in fantastic condition, Imei checks out, unlocked to all networks. I love it!

It's normally comes with a box if you buy somewhere else that I have checked Samsung website.

It is advisable to read the product description before purchasing any item. All our like new used devices comes with Australian approved charging cable and no travel adaptor. If you need that, you can contact us and we can arrange that for you as a complimentary gift but giving 1 star on the base of what we do not advertised is not justifiable. We have contacted you as well but received no response. Please do not compare brand new phone with like new as on Samsung or Telstra website, it is still $1649 as compare to $855 which you paid. I purchased a Gold phone and received a pink one. I like pink. When my girlfriend's wearing it. Unfortunately, I don't like pink enough to make it the colour of my phone. Epic fail guys. Apparently it's not pink it's "Rose gold". I was informed they sold out of Gold and that "they decided" Rose Gold would suffice. My face was Rose Gold when I saw it. Apart from that they have been very professional to deal with so far... Waiting to see if they reimburse me postage costs which I have incurred returning their "Rose Gold" phone. At least I'm getting a laugh out of it writing this review, which "I was asked" for, that's a positive. Cheers
