Audio Trader Avis 130

My sister organised for an electric organ to be picked up today and was meant to be picked up today. I have taken a day off work to be around when picked up. Had no communication from this company and have not answered any messages. Using email, online form or messenger. They dont have a phone number to call to find out what is going on.

This company is hard work but in the end I got my payment and its done with. I wouldn't use again

I have to say my experience was painful. Avoid any companies who don't have telephone numbers for contact.
Where do I start? All contact is done via email. A bit hit n miss. Some replies came back following day.
Anyway I was now ready to place an order so I asked on email if could have an invoice for the item i wanted. Reply on email said I had to order on their web site. Fair enough I thought. I then asked on email again, could I receive by/on Saturday 7th March. I wanted it for Monday 9th. I sent this email on Thursday 5th March. The email I got back from Alice (they were always from Alice) said Yes this could be arranged as long as I ordered by Friday 6th by 1pm.
I ordered Friday 12.40pm, chose the option of paying over 3mths, 1st payment debited today balance over 2 mths.
5 mins later I had a email from loan company confirming. I also received an email from audio trader confirming order but Full payment was taken from my bank account. Also Delivery would be following week, Weds or Thurs.
As there was no telephone number, naturally I was frustrated. I emailed right away. I got an email back from Alice saying they now don't deliver on Saturdays!!
So no delivery like I needed and all the money taken out in 1 go and not as i chose on their web site.
Basically I was so frustrated because of lack of accountability by Alice. Definitely not even aware that within a space of 24hrs she confirmed Saturday delivery and she confirmed no delivery on Saturdays.
I emailed Benjamin (the Boss) Did he contact me apologising or asking me if he could help? Nope, just ignored my email and todate still no reply.

Tip: have a phone number for customers to phone Benjamin. Or better still ask your customer service or Alice to phone customers when problem occurs . My telephone number is at the bottom of all my emails.

Thank you for your email Benjamin. All a bit late now though and I notice you totally ignored my main problem for my cancellation with regards me expecting delivery on Saturday afternoon. Alice telling me Saturday delivery can be arranged and then telling me 24hrs later Saturday deliveries never happen!!!???
Alice giving customers incorrect information regards deliveries, day before orders are placed will only cause problems. I have been let down and no one has apologised for the incorrect information given to me regards a Saturday delivery.

The fact you choose to ignore, tells me all I need to know.
You also ignored my original email sent direct to you before I made the above review. You could have got back to me sooner and sorted this out if you could have been bothered.

Really good service, filled in the form to get a quote for my speakers, accepted the offer and sent them off. The process, for selling my 'old' Pioneer HiFi equipment, described on the Audio Traders website, seemed very straightforward.
With nothing to lose, I detailed my items and asked for a quote.
The offer received seemed very reasonable, however, as I live in Northern Ireland, I presumed there'd be a 'catch' - but there wasn't!
Collection was arranged (by Auto Trader) from ParcelForce - I just had to securely parcel things up.
I then was advised by AT that one of my items didn't work properly, so the offer price for it was reduced to a 'spares' value. I was still happy to accept the revised total and received the payment shortly after. Can't fault this service!

All process was clear, Alice gave me a hand,Thank you!I strongly reccomend it.

Got a great product (Roland EV5 effect pedal) at a great price, well packaged and delivered promptly...what's not to like?!
Albeit pedal is second-hand it looked and tested like new. Ordering process was simple and straightforward. First stop for me for anything AV in future.
