I paid £149 for a Technics double cassette deck which stopped working after 5 weeks and was then unplayable !!! Understandably I was really disappointed. As this occurred after the regulation refund period I felt that I had wasted my money. However, after contacting them I eventually was able to return the deck and have received a full refund. Consequently, I am very happy with the final outcome.

There was an issue with the pick up point but someone from AudioTrader got back to me straight away and we sorted it.
