Amazing chocolates poor delivery service
Amazing chocolates. There’s been a couple of times that what is requested in the select your own doesn’t always match what is actually received but as the chocolates are so good it doesn’t matter too much. Also considering the cost of the delivery service the overall experience is disappointing. Despite the Royal Mail Tracked 24™ the gift has not arrived on the date provided. Order on Wednesday won’t now arrive until the follow week…not great! Given that this requires a signature and you arrange your day accordingly it is particularly annoying.

Nice box and packaging and excellent…
Nice box and packaging and excellent delivery service.... but sadly I didn't enjoy the chocolates. Chocolates are my Sunday afternoon treat but I was very disappointed with them I always had hotel Chocolat which are really fabulous and so tasty but I decided to have a change but sadly I will not be buying Audrey's chocolate again.

Was reticent about ordering chocolates of this quality and price without seeing or trying first. They were beautiful! They were delivered super quick and early in the day. I first tried a selection that I chose, with interesting flavours like mango and pistachio. The English strawberry were a favourite but I am most partial to the rose and violet creams which I ordered again. Customer service helpful and so easy to pay. The box was so nice I kept it for storing note paper and envelopes.

Just perfect
The aroma of chocolate as you enter the shop is just perfect. You know you’ve come to the right place. The service is prompt and polite. My current favourites are sssorted creams and fondants. So I don’t need to spend too long there. Probably just as well, in view of the temptation on offer. I did find time to add a cheeky bar of sea salt milk chocolate. And I’ll be back soon

Beautifully crafted and decorated Chocolates which were Deliciously Seductively Rich and Smooth! I bought a large mixed selection box and every flavour of the bars of chocolate for a birthday gift. Quick Delivery without a hitch.

Love the packaging
Love the packaging. We ordered a lot of boxes.
Love the peppermint creams, sublime. Ginger sticks too, heaven.
Found the mixed boxes (ordered 3 different selection boxes) hard to work out what was what from the choc menu. To many creams, not enough choc.
Super excited about the mixed caramels, but not really caramel like, more crystallized sugar (were room temp), so didn't quite liv up to hopes.
100% will be ordering more peppermint creams and ginger sticks

We’re sorry the mixed selection boxes were difficult to identify from the chocolate menu, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are certainly taking this feedback on board. We’re also very sorry that the mixed caramels weren’t quite what you expected. All of our caramels are made in-house, and some of our recipes have a firmer texture rather than the soft caramel you may have anticipated. We understand that this didn’t live up to your expectations, but your feedback is incredibly helpful as we continue to refine how we describe them.

This is the worst chocolate I have ever tasted in my entire life. Don't get me wrong. I love chocolate. And we buy chocolate everywhere we go, all over the world. But I have never ever tasted something so appaling!

We were surprised to see the same feedback posted on both Google and this platform after we responded to your original review on Friday.
We’re sorry that you did not enjoy the taste of our chocolates, but taste is subjective and will naturally vary from person to person. We use high-quality Valrhona chocolate and take great care in making our products, but we appreciate that they will not suit everyone’s palate.
As there was no issue with the order or service, and your feedback relates solely to personal taste, posting the same review across multiple platforms feels unnecessarily damaging to our business rather than constructive.
