It’s a scam

It’s a scam. Like everyone else I ordered the Taylor Swift pjs which finally arrived from China after 6 weeks. Now I’m being charged a “Membership Fee” each month of $29.99. I’m disputing the charges and have sent them an email to cancel all future charges as I will dispute them as well!!

This company is not transparent

This company is not transparent. They hide their order pricing terms in a way that would never be noticed and trick you into signing up for a VIP membership. I have been charged twice now for a VIP membership that I never agreed to and have no path to cancel because I no longer have my email with my order number from December. The form to cancel the membership requires an order number. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I will encourage more consumers to share their reviews with this companies business practices.

TOTAL SCAM

TOTAL SCAM! Same story here. Took at least 6 weeks to get PJ’s I ordered. Did not get back to me when reached out, website would not even come up at times. Then today I get a surprise charge to their membership. They say it is in the purchase info but if it is it is clearly not stated or else they wouldn’t have so many people with this issue. Anyway, their PJ’s were cheap quality and uncomfortable.

Update 2/21: They were able to remove me from their "VIP Membership" subscription. They did not refund me and so I paid in total $63 for a cheap pair of pajamas. I would still recommend staying away from this company, or if you do order from them make sure you scroll all the way down on the item page because there are 2 add to cart buttons. 1 automatically signs you up for this VIP program but offers the item at a discount or you pay full price for the item (which the item isnt worth full price). Just stay away from them, you will be happier

I ordered a pajama set for valentines day for my wife on January 13, yet they did not arrive until Feb 15. No where was I warned about shipping time being absurdly long and there "tracking" number showed my product was in CZ for weeks.
Then to make matters worse, I get hit with their surprise VIP membership fee of $30 which is what I paid for the pajamas. After reviewing their website it is a hidden tactic they use and it is automatically charged. Please do not use this company to order any clothes. I will be looking if there are any class action lawsuits open to join.

They are shady. If you make a purchase they will continue to charge your card a “membership fee.” Thank goodness my bank recognized it as a fraudulent charge.

a refund and obviously this is an on going issue. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau if I don’t get my money back and off whatever list I’m on if that’s the case.

Here we go again since I don’t get a response unless I post a poor review…
Since the 2/10/25 response saying that a full refund has been processed I’ve had to reach out twice now to advise the full refund has not been processed. Instead of the bot response that looks to be sent to everyone, my email was not read thoroughly or they are just trying to avoid reimbursing my FULL refund.
I explained in both my email and my first write up that I was charged the VIP membership on 12/16/24 and 1/15/25 for $29.99. I have only been refunded 1 payment of $29.99.

Can I please have the rest of my money so I can be done with your company once and for all??!!!

I ordered an item in December for Christmas, now In February, I am being charged for a vip membership. I do not want this! I thought I had canceled this last month when I was charged. Charging me again is not even right!!!!!!!

Poor quality and being charged for a “membership” on a monthly basis!

I did not knowingly sign up for a membership and am being charged 29.99 a month despite my credit card disputes and request to remove me from the “membership” list. I made a 1 time purchase, and the pajama fabric is so cheap looking and feeling. Do not purchase from this company.

Total SCAM! BEWARE!

Placed an order in mid December. Never received although I was charged! Now they are charging me for their VIP program, which is hidden in their fine print! Phone number NEVER answers. Now dealing directly with my credit card company! Do NOT purchase from them!

Never signed up for membership - fraud!

I bought a Christmas gift. I was charged twice for them and then charged a 3rd time for a “VIP” membership that I never signed up for. I will be reporting this fraud to my cc company. This website is a scam.

RIP OFF!

I ordered one item from Aurelle and Bloom. On my credit card, I had been charged twice for 2 different amounts. Their phone number claims they are too busy for phone calls. I emailed per their recorded message. After the THIRD try to get an answer, I put this in the hands of the dispute section of my credit card company and the card company refunded what was due. People, look at your statements. This company is a rip off. Bad business news travels faster than good!!

Where is my refund???

Yet another review here to get a response from Aurelle & Bloom. On 6 February, after my previous review about not receiving my order, I was notified that a full refund was processed. On 12 February, I sent an email following up on this as I've not received anything. Do you think they replied? You guessed it. Now on 7 business days, how long does it take to process a refund?

I cancelled my membership to Aurelle…

I cancelled my membership to Aurelle and Bloom on Dec 17, 2024. I received an email from Pearl Jansen confirming this which I saved. Today I received an email saying their name had changed and I was a member of their club. I did not consent to this charge as I am not a member.

Fraudulent charges and theft of credit card number

It's quite clear that this company is stealing and defrauding unknowing consumers for a VIP membership none of us authorized. They also changed the name they bill for the “VIP” membership to AurelleVIP. This company is ripping people off and getting away with it. They do not answer their phones. I see a class action lawsuit in the making and am filing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud!!
