Bought one for our granddaughter and she LOVES IT!

I feel like the product is ok, but when projecting the Aurora at an angle, the moon is severely distorted. Now I see other products that look a little better. I guess I got what I paid for, but am a little disappointed.

Something very fishy about this company. Advertise on Facebook where I was going to purchase at the offer price of £19.99 but during the paypal checkout a small line said you have authorised us to charge up to £36?? I left several messages about it on the Facebook ad only to find my comment had been removed several times!

Bought it for my wife recently & she loves it. Inquired about the pricing structure and noticed what 2 would have cost if purchased together. Inquired since it was only a few weeks ago would you honor same for my 2nd one but was denied. Would have been for our Marina which could have guaranteed additional sales but was denied.

The delivery was timely. The only thing I wish is for the light at night finds a way to not light up the room so much.
I enjoy the images, but the light is is very bright. I am trying to find a way to darken the room, but I enjoy the refection.

Delivery and the way the items arrived was perfect. The projector itself is horrible. For the price it costs, you are limited in how you can blend the colors and the range for it is awful. I bought at $30 one which is so much nicer. I wish I saved the money quite honestly.

I love it. I have a moon that lights up. I bought 3 of your projector and gave 2 to friends. I have mine on every night. I have always enjoyed space and the stars.

I ordered two units - one came without the charging cable. I contacted the company right away, but in the meantime I discovered that both units are malfunctioning - there’s no way to control the volume (remote control or the device it is connected to). I contacted the customer service and although it took quite a few emails and a video I had to record, they shipped two new units. So far they are working correctly.
I wish they had better quality control, but the unit when it works is great. Overall good service recovery.

Bought the Auroa for my wife and she is obsessed with it. Easy transaction, swift delivery and communication was excellent. The unit itself is compact and has so many features, 10/10 all round

We love this device. Our atrium great room is 2 stories of windows overlooking the ocean. Now we can bring the stars inside too. Our only criticism is the green stars. Oh well, Saint Patty's Day every day!

Don't order this product if there's a chance of returning it. It will cost approximately $300 to return. What a joke.

Ordered two units...one was faulty...no stars display...contacted aurora...they asked for video displaying fault...which i provided...they finally escalated my issue and I have heard nothing regarding return...refund or replacement...it has now been over two months...trying to run the refund clock down???

Biggest piece of shit I ever bought. Too bad you can’t give zero stars. What’s even worse is I’m stuck with the piece of shit because to return it would cost me over $200 since the item has to be sent back to the UK even though it was shipped from the United States.
