Unfortunately I have not received my order after 2 month wait. I have emailed them twice with order details asking the package whereabouts with no response. No answer on contact number advertised on website. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM KIDS AUSTRALIA. They are a SCAM.
UPDATE: the company responded that it would follow up blah blah but NOTHING has been done. Now 3 months and no package!

So disappointed. Purchased the dark magic fairies. Definitely not suitable for beginners.
Firstly, there isnt even enough material supplied to make 4 fairies.
The patterns are incorrect, so are the string. No little accessories are provided.
Blurry instructions, words so tiny you cant even read properly. No templates or measurement to make sure you are using the right sizing for the material provided. Ive taken photos and screenshots of everything.
Definitely not as the website described not even anything like the pictures on the website. Very misleading.
Same product advertised on Ali express.
I submitted a review on their website and it has to be 'approved' by admin. No wonder why there are only good reviews on their website.

Buyer Beware. I purchased from this business believing it was Australian‑based, as the website branding suggests. After ordering, I discovered the shipping originated overseas and when the products arrived they were poor quality. I was charged postage twice. Delays in response when trying to get a refund for goods and cost me $39.40 to return items through Australia Post.

This company needs to be shut down.False advertising on its products.I paid $35 for an item, and when it finally arrived after a month, was utterly disappointed and disgusted.The box was broken..Writing and instructions in Chinese .Item was smaller than anticipated.Flimsy and utter crap.$2 shop quality.I was offered part refund and keep the item .or return to China and pay postage to obtain a refund.This company misleads you to think it is an Australian based company..Which it isn't ..I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased 😡

It says kids australia. It should say temu. That is the quality of product. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Just in plastic half the size of what was advertised. Cheap and nasty. It is not austalian. It comes from Hong Kong. Don't waste your time ordering from this place.

Thought I was supporting an Australian brand only to be drop shipped junk from China… took more than 2 weeks to arrive, could have just ordered myself from shein or temu and known the quality i would receive. This is the 4th item I have bought from this company. The cube was lovely an so was the little farm house but the Kitchen sink is absolute garbage. It’s not an Australian company. Beware, items are coming from Hong Kong. The quality is really bad! I purchased the drawing LED board and the acrylic is so flimsy and the texters don’t even rub off it. Had to throw it in the bin!

No response, no refund for damaged item
I ordered a casting kit from this Chinese company (assuming it was an Australian company- silly me) , took forever to arrive and when it did the packaging inside was damaged and casting powder was everywhere.
Ive tried contacting the company multiple times by email and Facebook for a refund but have had 0 reply- no response what so ever.
Pretty disappointed, all I wanted was a special keepsake of my baby's hand- instead im out of pocket with nothing to show for it and no refund.

They have renamed their website in the last couple of weeks to kids Australia which seems really dodgy. I haven’t received my purchase or any communication since. They also ask to have reviews written on here so here they go! I assume the “rebrand” is so people don’t see these. And as others have said- not Australian whatsoever.
