Wife loves the watch i purchased from you (Michele). Great experience from start to finish.

Could not have been easier! Great service excellent product. Will definitely use again!!

Great customer service. Got one beautiful watch from them at a great price. Bought a 2nd watch and when I found a better deal, they tried to price match but when they couldn’t they let me cancel my order and apply my deposit to a different watch. Very impressed by them!

Exactly what I ordered was delivered an authentic Rolex with the box and authentic watch paperwork Support was very responsive when I needed it thank you

I ordered a bracelet for my Breitling SuperOcean from AuthenticWatches and the product and service I received exceeded my expectations. The bracelet was brand new and in immaculate condition. The bracelet was delivered a few days earlier than expected; which was much appreciated during the current pandemic. I would definitely refer AuthenticWatches to family and friends and will be a returning customer. Keep up the great work.

Peter- Thank you for your incredible service. Truly a best in class experience.

Great Watch at a Awesome Value!! thanks authentic watch!!

Please keep me in the loop as I've purchased from you in the past. Good stuff, really nice inventory of merchandise. Currently seeking to purchase a Brietling Montbrilliant Datora. Almost any color, not picky about bands, have others. Deployant is preference on bracelet or rubber. Love alligator or crocodile as well. Keep sending the emails and ill3make the purchases.

Super service and very nice prices for a new Rolex. Will buy from them in the future.

So it got to a week before delivery and they had confirmed it was in the way etc.. got an email saying it wasn't ordered and offered a refund after all the complaints I'd sent.

PLEASE DONT BUY HERE

This has been the worst experience of any kind of purchase in my life.
I'm sure all the 5 star reviews are fake as most have no information written on them.
Please please please don't buy anything from this company
If this post stops just one person going through the torment I'm currently going through then I'll be content.

In short, don't buy from here

See they even admit that they want me to buy another watch at the cost of a few thousand dollars just to change and address otherwise they will kindly cancel the order and charge me 10%. What great policy's

O dear and waiting for a refund after they can no longer provide the watch...good luck, 2 weeks and still nothing

Watch came in very quickly pricing was great look forward to my next purchase with authentic watches highly recommend Greg

I bought two watches and exceeded the allowable credit. Instead of canceling my order and making me split the order to follow the credit rules, AW sent my watches and charged me once. I had ample credit, but I went over their allowance and they still took care of me. Top notch.

Got exactly what I needed at a great price. Shipping was faster than promised. Very happy.

AW had a good price on the Omega Planet Ocean rubber strap that I needed....I can see me doing more business with them, as needed.

I purchased 3 watches from you guys and I’m happy with every purchase I made. I took the watches to be verified as being new and authentic and I was satisfied with the results each time.

Courteous interaction at every call and straight to the matter. On time shipping. Very satisfied, excellent service.
