Pedro and Luis are Awesome

They were amazing with the customer service, they didn’t make me feel like every other car dealer because of our situation they made us feel like they want out business in a professional way they were not pushy at all. Everything was laid back not pressured. They explained everything to us super well and I’m annoying they answered all my questions my 500 phone calls and text !!! Thank you Pedro and Luis!

Easy car buying experience

Pedro and Luis were very friendly. They made the buying process super smooth and I got in and out. I’ll definitely recommend others to come here if they are in the market for a vehicle

I am changing my rating to a one star.
Luis called me and I told him I was at work. He said for me to call them back, he could get me in a car, my job was my credit. He asked how much down do I have? I told him not much, I have $800. He told me okay. Call me back you can come and choose a car off the lot. Next thing I know I am getting calls and texts from Pedro. I went there they sit me down and star doing the paperwork. I was asked if I have insurance, I said no but I can get some. Pedro said do you have $200 more, and forget the insurance. They told me about the gap coverage I could get and I could just get liability, it will be cheaper. I agreed. Then I am given a choice of three cars (all over 100k miles. I said no the cars. I was going to leave and Pedro comes offer another car with lower milage. I agreed to it. After signing the paperwork, I find out the additional $200 was not to cover the gap. It was added on to the down payment. I am still going to be billed for the gap. I left there to pick up my son and my father with health issues. He uses a wheel chair sometimes. He also has a walker. I could not fit the wheel chair, walker, my father and my son in the car. I called the next less than 24hrs and I explained my situation. Hoping maybe to get a larger car at the very least. I was basically told too bad. My father just had a stroke and can no longer live alone. I take him to appointments at least 2 a week. This car is not serving its purpose. I am truly disappointed.
Oh and they make you complete this rating before they hand you the key to the car that you already gave money for. Luis tells me this how Pedro gets paid. DO NOT UY A CAR FROM THE S. PHOENIX LOCATION!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE A OUT THE CUSTOMER.

Pedro was very helpful and kind when I purchased my car.

Buyer beware they will exhort extra fees. Then threaten to demobilize your truck if you don’t pay. It’s really corrupt. Chrystal in finance terrible I think it’s a way to grab extra cash.
I proved I had insurance yet they will charge penalties . This was june 2024 it’s almost January and they want over 500. Chrystal over phone said would waive the fee , this was big mistake skways get it in writing!!!! I obviously have insurance. Verified by my broker within a day . All it was I qualified for a different insurance company cheaper rate and still was with that higher paying carrier til aug1st.
Extortion so corrupt !!!! I care for 10 family and the greed of this company is appalling.. never again will I do business with this Action auto sales or Eezee credit.
So buyer or lessor beware

Auto action is a thief

When I first got my car Dori put it under her friend address just to get us in it because she wanted that 1400$ we had.We never got our tags they took money from my car note to pay for tags without our permission and never told us.Then my husband broke his hand in 3 places and we called to get them to work with us until he went back to work and they never did but snatched the car from my job right after I went off break and tried to knock off two payments because they messed up big time nooo I got someone else that will handle them my lawyer

I purchased a 2013 Chevy Cruze from Dory after first test driving the vehicle I notice the air wasn’t working I advises Dory of the issue she simply stated to me that it would be an issue their mechanic can easily fix after driving the vehicle less than 2 WEEKS the vehicle began smoking in & outside of the car while on my way to Walmart I then called to speak with Dory but she was never available I told Mickey my issue & she stated their was nothing they can do they are just the “Sales” department I would need to call the customer service line after reaching out to them they stated to call True fix their car shop I did so on Tuesday Nov 3rd the mechanic stated it would take AT LEAST 10 to 15 business days for my vehicle to be diagnosed. With that being said I immediately got the vehicle towed Wednesday Nov. 23rd. Waiting a few business days I called to get an update on my car on Dec 2 and was told to call back next week the vehicle still hasn’t been looked at. I reached back out to them December 6th 22 requesting an update I spoke with Junior who stated my vehicle has only been there since December 1st I advised him it was dropped of Nov 23 per tow & I can provide documentation of that Junior continued to yell over my concerns about need a diagnosis on the vehicle due to need a car he stated I was not the only one waiting on a vehicle & even if it was dropped of they only go by the system which says Dec 1st after going back & forth with him about the vehicle who put the incorrect in she stated it was Tony. I then reached back out to customer service which offered to differ my payments now please know I like to pay my bills in advance so my notes are every two weeks but I pay both for the month just to have a monthly payment so I had already made my first payment for the month of dec which is due Dec 10 from their Timothy the Customer Service Manager stated my payments for dec 24 is differed. That some what help but not really because the vehicle will still have that money due. I asked if they offered Loaner Vehicle that was a no. Now I’m stuck just after a month of financing a car with no vehicle I’m renting vehicles while still having to pay the warranty & insurance on a car I can’t even drive. I have expressed my concerns to some many ppl in sales, customer service, financial dept & even to the car shop and haven’t gotten any real help or even remorse they admit the car shop is backed up which is why it’s taking my vehicle so long to be fixed but that just further proves I’m more than likely not the only one going thru this please don’t finance here they are taking advantage of hard working ppl who don’t have the proper credit scores !
