Not an easy navigation but got to the destination
The initial experience on your website was not very good. It appeared that I couldn't purchase a keyfob unless I was a licensed locksmith. However, one of your agents responded in a timely manner and said I could purchase it. Then I went to checkout. Because I am not a licensed locksmith without a business account with Key4 I had to purchase the fob through PayPal. That wasn't apparent on the checkout page but I remembered the agent saying something about using PayPal and it worked. It wasn't a great checkout experience but with the agent's help I was able to get the right items (fob, emergency key) and received the order in a reasonable number of days.
