Excellent Service with Great Employees who aim to Satisfy the customer
Truely Excellent Service sales Reps and the other employees were Great and although the paperwork process could be a little quicker, The employees made it Just a little better by being informative and tenative as possible! But overall, Excellent place Excellent Service, and Good Selection of Vehicles!

Real people selling cars to people with real credit problems
I had good experience purchasing my truck threw them. I lost a truck due to a layoff and my credit declined, they were there for me. Sold me the truck I wanted and worked with what i had, other places tried to sell me a vehicle I wouldn't have loved..

Awesome customer service
I had been to so many car dealerships and they all said I need a co signer or big money down. I didn't have either but I do work and just needed some help since my car was wrecked and I was tired of the bus. I went to Auto Action and they were nice and friendly and honestly listened to me and understood what I needed. I am thankful to Auto Action for helping me I got a car with 500 down and payments that I could handle. I would recommend anyone that I know to buy a car.
