Auto Approve was extremely consistent and responsive throughout the entire process. Their customer service was excellent, especially with the convenience of text message communication. My agent, Henry Noori, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He explained everything clearly, handled all the paperwork, and made the refinancing process completely stress free. He was also very patient and responsive to all of my questions. I highly recommend working with him!

The process went smoothly without any issues, and at every step I received a call or text message from them to make sure I received the note. This process took about a month. I recommend all my friends and family reach out to this company for assistance.

Research of your account showed that your loan was funded on 4/15 and the payoff check will take 1-1.5 weeks to be sent to your previous lender. While we understand that the refinancing process can feel lengthy, especially when dependent on third-party timelines, your loan was handled in accordance with standard procedures and within expected timeframes. During the refinance process, it is possible that your payment to your previous lender could be due before the refinance is complete. Any payments you make to your previous lender that result in an overage in the payoff should be refunded directly back to you.
