An awful overall experience with poor customer service and it ended up with my van being left unable to driven and had to be sold for spares or repair!. I followed their advise and took it to my local garage who had regularly serviced the van and they could not believe or indeed understand what I had been told by the mobile service engineer who attended my van and changed me £479. My customer complaint was escalated to Director level in the company basically refused to assist me any further. Absolutely shocked and be very cautious using this service!

Ensure your vehicle has no faults that could prevent Autoassists DPF cleaner specialists not to perform the clean you've paid £179 deposit towards.
And if you're not a mechanic, good luck ensuring that because you won't be advised on even basic faults to look out for.
This is an absolute con and very poor way to do business and gain clients trust.
I had no idea I had an injector seal leak that would prevent the clean. I wasn't offered any solutions and heard nothing back from the company. The mechanic was with me for 15minutes, told me he couldn't perform the clean, seem to thrive on telling me I'd lost my deposit and left. No report provided and no further contact. In thus day and age, disgraceful service.

absolutely amazing service at short notice too! drove nearly 2 and a half hours away to help us. would recommend to anyone having problems with their dpf!

Adam from DPF SPECIALIST come to sort out my car today . Arrived on time , explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Did a temporary repair on a part which was not part of his job remit. Gave loads of advice to help prevent the same problem occurring again . Car now runs like new. Would recommend to anyone .

What a great experience! Lewis made it to us through snow and ice covered roads. Lewis ran the diagnostics, reset the ECU errors re Adblue and DPF, and our motorhome was restored. The DPF had regenerated, but the faults were still displayed (in error!). Thank you Lewis for an absolutely first class, honest service. I have no hesitation in recommending Autoassit, especially if the attending engineer is as knowledgeable and helpful as Lewis.

Are Dpf light came on boxing day saying take to dealership we were due to go on holiday on the 30th.So i contacted DPF specialist who booked me in for the 29th the gentlemen came at the dedicated time slot cleared the blockage and did oil change and filter to .Absulotly first class service was done in less then an hour and are car was back on the road top job would recommend to anyone thankyou DPF and the technition who visited us that day kind regards Ben.

This companies behaviour is appalling. If I could give no stars, I would.
In good faith I contacted them at 9am on the 24th November for a mechanic to come out the following day, the 25th. Cost £179 paid upfront.
Nothing was said on the phone at the time, regarding the company’s cancellation policy.
Typically the issue resolved itself and less than 6 ours later I rang them back to cancel the appointment.
At this point I was told not happening as I needed to give 48 hours notice to cancel!
Clearly I could not travel back in time to a point before I even knew that I needed to make a booking, to be able to meet the requirements of their cancellation policy.
The attitude of these cowboys is very poor, stay well away.
