This place is a scam! Ordered shocks that haven’t shipped. Tried to contact company by phone straight to voicemail. No response from emails. Only a bot that tells lies and can’t do anything. Then things changed to deliver while I was talking to the bot with no product. Don’t waste your time or money. Complete scam. They will say they didn’t receive anything about the order just like on many others. Zero faith they will ever do the right thing.

Going on three weeks now I have not received a return label to get a refund for the incorrect front portion they sent me.
Update: after posting reviews on BBB and trustpilot. I was finally contacted by support. They said that I never sent the required documentation so forwarded them the email where I did send them the required documentation.And they got me a shipping label right away, I have yet to see a refund.So we will see where that goes.
Bought shocks for my car. Website said they would fit. They did not. CS said they would send return label since i verified the fit and it was within 30 days. I message everyday and get some artificial A.I. response promising my shipping label same day. It never comes, noone reaches out. When you call they say they'll call back and never do. Do not buy from them im sure a scam website with no real people.

Sent completely wrong stuff. Will not send return label. Scammers beware. They tried to flag my review. They will not take the shocks back. After Rydon emailed he confirmed they sent the wrong stuff. They are dragging it out. I had to file a dispute.

I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They'll deliver but if you want to refurn...god forbid.. often doging communication with some generic automated emails claiming they're upgrading their website for "for better" bla bla. It took them 3 weeks to issue a refund which otherwise takes 2 days.

In the market for replacement auto parts? Scroll on by AutoBuffy. We were installing motor mounts on my daughters car this weekend and none of the holes were lining up. After taking them off and drilling larger holes, we finally have all but 1 installed. I left a 2 star review with photos, and they are not posting it. When I'm logged into my account, it now shows that they no longer ship to my location, as well as the live chat not working. Once I log out, they are able to ship it. Live chat doesn't work and no on answers the phone.

Ordered on their website. Received the rear shocks in a timely manner. Went to install and they didn't fit, wrong shocks. Contacted Auto Buffy for return instructions and they won't pay for the return charges, my fault they we're wrong shocks. Won't ever purchase from Auto Buffy again and won't recommend them to anyone.

I had bought a shocks and struts from autobuffy after a year the rear passenger shock started to leak got in touch with customer service and they sent me 2 new rear shocks.
Everything was great, right part right price, unbelievable price actually. If something seems to good to be true, trust me it is. I got a random refund from them 2 days later with no explanation. I contacted them via email to find why, because if they didn't have the part it was fine, but explain why the order was still processing while you gave a refund. Fast forward to 3 days later after I contacted through the website and put the order number, the reversed the refund, told me the part wasn't in stock and they wanted to know if I wanted a refund or to wait on the part to come back into stock. I stated as long as it took them to reply I wanted my refund and would never be dealing with their company again. This was yesterday. No response. My husband called their phones today with no answer and option 2 doesn't give an option to even use an email. He opted to try option 1 and got to a voicemail in which he asked for a refund or a return call within 2 hours and no one tried to reach out or even tried. I sent another email asking for a refund almost 2 hours ago without response as well. I finally called my bank and they are getting my money back. Buyer beware. I just don't want someone else to be out 100's of dollars waiting on parts only to be giving the run around. I reporting to the FTC and BBB as well.
