They were amazing
They were amazing. Very friendly, helpful and quick. I'm not sure how they were so quick when everyone I spoke to was 6-8 weeks out for supplying an a/c recovery machine. They filled the order in about 2 weeks. Thanks so much

nobody is on the same page, and I still have not received my item, not a great first experience that makes me want to do further business..
I have since received my item, I am happy with it other then some shipping damage. although as I said before there was miscommunication that I didn't appreciate.

We called you for offloading, equipment availability, shipping turn around, and to answer any questions you had. We did let you know shipping was estimated for 10-12 business days and your order was picked up by the carrier on the 9th business day.
