Ordered (1) 2post lift & (1) 4post lift, received the 4post lift in 4 days, the 2post lift in 8 days, Received emails with tracking #’s when they shipped, got 1 hr notices by phone before ea. got to load dock. They are packed really well, does require fork lift (they both weighed 1700 lbs ea.) got assembly instructions with 4post, had to go online to get instructions for 2post, have not assembled yet, still finishing garage they go in.

Was looking for a new Robinair AC machine. Called them to confirm it was in stock and ready to ship. Real person answered the phone. They called me back to confrim the online order was received, called again to tell me it shipped and tracking info was emailed to me. Ordered it on Monday, it shipped from Texas and was delivered to Indiana on Wednesday. Very well packaged and 5 stars to R&L Carriers also.

Communication was great which is important when purchasing large value items.

STILL WAITNG ON A PART THAT WAS BAD OUT OF THE BOX

Este es el peor lugar que puedas elejir para comprar, alejate de ellos estarás en problemas con tu maquina o con lo que tu compras sera peor si lo sacas financiado cuando abres tu producto y esta defectuoso o dañado le llamas a ellos para que te ayuden ellos dicen que no es problema de ellos porque es del banco porque el banco pagaron lo que tu compraste y tu llamas al banco te manifiestan que tienes que llamarle al vendedor trate de enviarla de regreso sin importar pagar el impuesto o el cobro por retornar la maquina pero no quiseron recibír la maquina 13 dias después de que ellos la enviaron hable tantas veces sin que pudieran ayudar llame a la compañía de cps sobre la garantía ellos pudierona ayudarme 1 mes después ya que no habia técnico cuando llego el tecnico dijo que la maquina estaba mala necesitaba llamar al.vendedor el vendedor nunca respondió y gracias al técnico ellos pudieron reparar la maquina por parte de la compañía pero si no hay garantía 9 mil dolares hubiera tirado a la basura el vendedor lo unico que manifesto que el ya tenia el dinero en su bolsa ellos no reciben maquinas de regreso que era propiedad del banco porque ellos la habian pagado espero sirva mi comentario y puedan alejarse de esta compañía o busca otro lugar mejor para que no vayan a perder su dinero en estos tiempos cuesta mucho ganar el dinero. Si alguien sabe donde yo poder poner una queja formal haganmelo saber gracias bendiciones a todos

Ordered a bendpak lift. Service was great! Was quickly contacted by Vanessa, a representative ensuring my location could receive the lift without issue. She had great communication and ensured a great delivery!

Bought a robin air ac machine. Came incomplete. Waited a month for the parts while getting the runaround. Parts arrived and machine wouldn’t charge properly. Still can’t use it and they won’t take it back. I am currently out $4000
