We ordered a new AC Machine on Thursday…
We ordered a new AC Machine on Thursday 6/10 as our had a terminal issue. I went with this company when they promised us a quick delivery out of Illinois (we are in Michigan) that would be here on the following Monday. On Tuesday I called to find out where the machine was and was informed that it had just been set up for shipping. I was given a tracker # and found out that it was going to be shipped out of Texas but hadn't left yet. Finally the machine arrived a full week later. This lack of prompt delivery has cost us close to 5 grand in business. I chose to purchase based on promised delivery (wasnt the cheapest price I found but was promised quick delivery) Will definitely think twice next time.

You placed your order on 6/10 (Thursday) and your order shipped the following Tuesday, we sent you tracking Wednesday morning with a follow up call, and your AC machine was delivered to you two days later on 6/18. So minus the weekend you only waited three business days which is way sooner than our normal shipping turn around of 7-10 business days (stated on our shipping policy). Please be aware transit time is out of our control since a carrier makes the delivery. We stayed on top of your order with our supplier since you placed it and even after getting a call from you saying you were losing money because you did not have an ac machine at your shop; which is not our fault. We are customer service oriented and your one star review does not reflect your experience with us. Thank you for your business.

I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with again!
I was hesitant to spend the money on a scanner online because of the variation in prices and stores that offer similar products. Originally I was going to buy from JTtools but read alot of reviews complaining about terrible consumer service and shipping times so I continued doing research and found AES. Immediately after paying for my scanner I received multiple emails that were professional, courteous, and informative. I ended up receiving my package days earlier than expected and it was packed very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with AES again in the future. Thank you AES!

I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from AES. Purchased a Robinair R134a machine and 5 minutes later someone (sorry I can't remember your name) called to make sure I didn't need the oil injection tools (which I did need). I received the injectors 3 days later and the machine arrived 6 days from purchase (including a weekend). Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
