I had some issues with my bank and some ACH issues. There was some clerical issues that were unfortunate for me. But Operations Manager James called me an assured me that he personally take care of my issue and he promptly did. It’s rare to find a company that will stand by their word and this company did. I appreciate them and will always be grateful for their dedication to excellent costumer service. Thank you James and Auto pay Plus.

Good experience with AutoPayPlus! When I paid off the loan early, there was some confusion with the lender (Capital One) and AutoPayPlus contacted Capital One on my behalf and got it all resolved. I would use AutoPayPlus again.

Service not provided
Made a schedule appointment for 11:10 on 03/30/26 was waiting and waiting and never received a call. Then I received an email asking to complete a survey. I had multiple questions that need to be answered and wasn’t helped.

I love Autopayplus as I can split my car payment in 2 which allows me to budget better and have more money available for other things as well and I don’t have to worry about my payments as it is set to autopay so they go off every 2 weeks without me even thinking about it

I have been working with this company…
I have been working with this company since Jan of 2022. Everytime I need anything changed its very easy and seamless. They try to help you pay off your loans quicker and thay helps your credit. Im glad I chose AutoPay Plus. They are always helpful and there when you need them.

Horrible. I set a time 7:20pm 3/19/26 for a call or email to speak to customer service and never received either. Then I received and email thanking me and to fill out this survey.
