Very helpful in what is a very difficult and stressful time . Having to make decisions that most people don’t have to make, so having someone there to advise me helped me a lot.

It is hard accepting and then finding care solutions for your parents.
I found Autumna to be kind, caring and very knowledgeable. Very helpful navigating these unknown waters.
We have not decided on care options yet. Autumna gave us lots of options. So we know where to look now which has been incredibly helpful.

Instant lists of local care providers and care homes. However unless I’m missing something there are no reviews, so one would then need to seek out that element

I contacted three companies
I contacted three companies. One came to see me from Watford, and brought a possible carer. Unsuitable. Another having taken great details from me on the 'phone said she would send me details of potential carers in this area saying she would take an hour. I waited a week. I contacted her again and was given the same answer. I heard nothing. Dawn from Featherbed came to see us on Thursday. She gave a very good description of her company, and its costs. Impressive. Will go back to her when we are ready.

At point of crisis
At point of crisis, they provided 6 care home contacts. Three responded and two were suitable but elderly relative would not accept care, so did not take it any further for now.

We really needed help to find a home…
We really needed help to find a lovely care home for our mum, one that feels just like home. The service given was really fast and straightforward, and it made our search very easy and stress free. We would highly recommend to anyone needing help.

Autumna listened to my mother’s needs…
Autumna listened to my mother’s needs and provided me with a comprehensive list and when the parameters changed another list was sent. They regularly checked to make sure the places I had enquired about had got back to me. I have been able to find an excellent placement for my mother. Thank you Autumna.
