I went to the clinic for the removal of a cyst. From my initial enquiry through to completion of the procedure I was treated with courtesy and given full information of the process. The clinic I attended in Hitchin could not be in an easier location to find and next to a large car park which makes the process much easier. Overall an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to recommend

This is the second time I have used Aventus. The first was five years ago to have a cyst removed from my head and the second was last week to have a small cyst removed from my shoulder. Both times the service has been exceptional. The procedure was explained beforehand. I felt no pain at all. The incision was very neat and is healing nicely. Would definitely recommend for any procedures that you need to have accessed.

Excellent experience throughout. Everything was communicated clearly from the start, including costs and aftercare, which made the whole process stress-free. During the appointment they were also happy to address several extra skin issues I hadn’t booked in beforehand. Recovery has now fully completed with no complications and very little scarring. We're talking everything from the treatment itself to medication and aftercare. The procedure itself isn't the most pleasant thing you'll ever experience, but that goes without saying. I would describe it as "uncomfortable" rather than painful - particularly the first half where the grafts are removed. The environment is very relaxing though and you'll be able to lie back and stick Netflix on for the afternoon session. The staff will be so reassuring and supportive too, which makes things much easier. And of course the most important thing is the outcome, which is absolutely fantastic. I couldn't be happier with the transformation. A genuine 10/10 service.

I had a great experience with Aventus. I contacted them through the enquiry form on Thursday, received a call the following day, and was booked in for Saturday morning, which was incredibly quick and convenient.
Dr Khalid Mahmood removed a Dermatofibroma from my arm. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail, including during the removal procedure itself.

The consultation and removal were all completed within 45 minutes, which was excellent. Maddie (hopefully I’ve remembered her name correctly) the nursing assistant, was also absolutely lovely. She spoke to me throughout the procedure and constantly made sure I was okay and comfortable.

Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Aventus to anyone looking for professional and caring treatment.

Customer service and communication with all staff was excellent both before and after the removal of a cyst on my back. Dr Patel performed the procedure which was painless and provided great aftercare information. I would highly recommend Aventus clinic and would not hesitate in using them again.

I had a cyst removed from the top of my head. From the start of the process the service has been excellent.

Sent them a picture of the cyst and had feed back of what the procedure would be, the cost and available dates for removal. I had to reschedule the original date and the admin team was so helpful and friendly.

On the day I met Claire who undertook the cyst removal. Talked me through what was happening and again so friendly and professional. Treatment room was amazing and the procedure was totally painless.

I followed the aftercare instructions to the letter and had the stitches removed nine days later.

The clinic was clean, staff helpful and friendly and the operation was carried out very efficiently.
It is now only six days post surgery, but everything seems to be in accordance with the post surgery advice that was given at the time.
I am confident that the scar will fade in the fullness of time.
