Unprofessional Service from Aero Assist s.r.o. and Nikolay Natchev Leads to Canceled Flights and Legal Action.
I requested the organization of a business trip to Mauritius through Nikolay Natchev from Areo Assist s.r.o. I paid an invoice of over €7,000 for this service, which included the management of all traveling details, such as flight tickets. I made the payment in April 2025, one month before my trip in August, and I started having my first serious issues. However, I started encountering issues shortly thereafter.
I did not receive any valid flight tickets; instead, I only received a flight reservation and unissued documents. To resolve the issue, I contacted Emirates to understand what was happening. Emirates confirmed that my reservation had been canceled, and the payment had been refunded to Areo Assist s.r.o.. I informed Mr. Nikolay Natchev, and he provided a set of excuses for all my requests and escalations. Finally, one week before my planned trip, I had to buy new flight tickets myself, which resulted in lost time, energy, and money.
Extremely unprofessional service and unsatisfactory expectations from Nikolay Natchev at Areo Assist s.r.o. This company, particularly this individual, cannot be trusted. Instead of helping me organize trips, he makes me spend my money to support his business and never delivers the services I paid for.
Currently, I am preparing a suit for them.
Never approach the company Areo Assist s.r.o. in person, or Mr. Nikolay Natchev, for any help or business, if you want to avoid facing issues like I have now.
