Scammers.

I am forced to leave a review here due to no acknowledgement from this scam company to any of my emails and social media posts. They have blocked me from commenting on their Facebook posts simply because I asked for help on a return as I didn't get a response to any of my emails I sent them. It's been over 30 days and no refund or any acknowledgement. Very poor company and the owner STEVEN PHI*IP WATKINS SHOULD NOT BE IN Business with such poor customer services.

I didn't want to go down this route but need to make others aware.

Had the tshirts looked like the images they had online I would have kept them but they were a different colour and didn't fit so returned them within the 14days policy. I guess if they were fine I would be leaving them 5 stars for a quick delivery.

so to everyone ordering with this company make sure you order the right size and are happy with the colour regardless of what the website shows because you won't get anywhere trying to return them for a refund. I bet they have already sold the items I returned to someone else.

Absolute Scam Company! Have used many avenues to try contact them, email and social media. They have blocked my social media pages from commenting on their posts and direct messaging them. I politely asked for an update on my refund and have received zero response from them. I have full tracking information on my return yet they refuse to refund my money even though I am fully aware of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act and have therefore reported this company to Trading Standards.

Scammers, don't issue a refund and also if you leave a review that they do not like, they will not give you your money back. I contacted the customer service it is run by unprofessional people, the person emailed me saying become you left a bad review we don't want your custom lol. Poor service and no refunds. They also took away the store credit which they give instead of a refund and kept the £19.99. Please be aware of this. AVOID AT ALL COST SCAMMERS!

Bought a few tee-shirts from this crowd and they are fantastic. Lovely fit and very affordable with the Sale. Would recommend the muscle fit shirts as really good quality. Service was fast and pain less

CEO at Instagram because they even didnt start packing my order after 2,5 week. "When you start in the big leagues bro, let me know i´ll give you advice." Thank for that.. I dont hope its customer service.

Update: Got my order after one month. But they didnt packed 1 t-shirt, so i only got 1 which i should pay customs and taxation + ordered delievery express which took them 2,5 week to pack. And they dont reply now.

Disaster company.

Customer service is a absolute joke, they don’t reply tried email, social media. Absolute waste of time. DONT and I mean DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Still waiting for an order 3 weeks on. Customer service is the worst of the worst, emailed several times and contacted them on various social media platforms. Not even the decency to reply. Also commented on a few of their posts to try gain their attention and they blocked me from doing that also. The company must be run by muppets because they don’t seem to understand the concept of a running a successful business. Happy customers = repeat business. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again and I’ll be doing my best to make sure others don’t, never had this sort of problem ordering from anywhere else. The Royal Mail tracking number they provided doesn’t even work and the excuse they’ve gave others about their being a backlog at the Leeds depot is rubbish as I’ve ordered from other retailers since and have received their items well in enough time. Waiting until their 30 days are up then I’ll be taking further action.

Ordered on March 3rd shipping said up to 10days. My package is over a week late which isn’t a problem. My problem is when I track it, it still says processing. The website clearly says they pick and process everything the same day of not before 3pm then it is processed the next day. I’ve sent emails and messages on fb and Instagram. I just want a response.

Ordered 3 months ago. Have not received anything. Followed up on email and social media numerous times.

Only response- “suck a d$ck”.

Noch nie einen unfreundlicheren Kundenservice gehabt! Die Antwortzeit war sehr flott, aber die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft eine glatte 6!

❌ ATTENTION ❌ Order placed in august last year, only 2 of 3 shirts delivered (out of Stock). After many reminder and feedback from Avora London Team, that they will send me the missing piece.. nothing happened! Shirt 3 of 3 is always missing, since 6 month! Also get no money 💰 back! Now they are ignore my Messages.. i would recommend you, to buy your stuff in other shops.. sorry!

I ordered twice.
The first time everything was fine and the T-Shirts are actually great.

Now I ordered for the second time on 2nd of January 2021. They haven´t even started shipping yet. Then I realised there isnt even a customer support on their website.

For a while, their URL even redirected me to some random scam sites...

Currently trying to get my money back via paypal and yet still no answer.

Extremly unprofessionell atm.
Maybe it has to do with their massive sale, corona and Uk leaving the EU. I dont know...

Please dont order atm!

5 Stars if they work on their customer service... They answered none of my mails.

Die Qualität der Kleidung schien im ersten Moment gut. Allerdings haben sich die Drucke nach dem ersten Mal waschen direkt abgelöst und sind teilweise gerissen. Nach Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war eine Retournierung nicht mehr möglich. Würde ich definitiv nicht wieder bestellen!

Lazy scammer, I orderd on blackfriday voor 125 euros, jeans, a hoody and 3 t-shirts. The hoody wasn't there 1 tshort was missing and 1 tshirt has a defect in the neck. I contacted the buyer and paypall. Didn't asked for a refund I really wanted the hoody and tshirt.

Got one response from the buyer that he replied on my PayPal case, he did not it took a few weeks, then I was done with it and asked for a refund for the missing clothes, a MONTH later I got a message that the buyer wants to give me 1 euro back 😅🤣 there are more company selling this type of clothes the quality isn't top notch and not worth all this trouble and time

Immer überdurchschnittlich zufrieden gewesen, aber mittlerweile eine Große Frechheit. Nachdem der Falcon Trainingsanzug ankam, stellte ich ein Loch im Jogger fest. Chef bot an, neu zu versenden, was ich ablehnte da dei Versanddauer/Brexit etc. zu viele Umstände hervorruft. Ich lies meinen Schneider das Loch zunähen und meinte zu AL, dass wir uns anders einig würden. Ein paar Tage später lösten sich die Nähte am linken Bein auf und 2 große Löcher machten sich breit. Drauf angesprochen, sollte ich plötzlich den Jogger nach Leeds zurücksenden um Ersatz zu bekommen, nachdem ich bereits kulanterweise 10€ fürs erste Flicken hier bezahlt habe :D Jetzt reicht es, es gibt qualitativ hochwertigere Marken deren Produkte ewig halten.

Überlegt euch gut ob ihr hier bestellt, empfehlenswert ist es jedenfalls nicht ( trotz der teilweise coolen Designs)

Ordered a T-shirt and joggers in xs. Delivery came next day as promised. Clothes of a good quality and fit well! Will definitely buy again. Surprised I’d not heard of them before.

Placed on April 26th, 2020 which was returned on time! Today is 03.08.2020 and still no credit has been received for this route !!! Stay away, cheating !!!

I bought a t-shirt and a hoodie, I am from Spain and this brand of clothing has been a great discovery excellent size and quality, I will buy again here.
