Didn’t receive all my items and when I tried to contact them regarding where it is, they didn’t care at all! Nothing but a money grabbing company. The customer service was terrible and took all the money and left me without my items! Never seen such an unprofessional business in my life! AVOID!!!!

Little too big, but awesome

I ordered 2 tshirts from them. They arrived on time but 1 of those 2 tees was without any tags and packaging and also provably an used item too. Wrote them an email but they never replied. Dont have any contact numbers even to discuss the problem. Their return policy is pretty outdated where i have to fill in a form and the item should be returned with tags on and not used but there was no tags and packaging at the first place.

If the management is reading this review i would like to ask you to have a look into your emails and sort this out unless you dont care about a goodwill.

Liked the shirt I bought but it ripped the second time i washed it.

Slight chance it was the fault of my machine but this has never happened in 15 years of washing my own clothes and the material is very cheap and thin so much higher chance it is material not fit for purpose.

This is the conversation I had with customer service via Facebook after sending a picture of the rip and asking for a refund:

Sorr but our returns policy is 14days. We cannot be liable for goods that have ripped in your washing machine.

Me:
This was due to a faulty product, no other clothes have ripped in the machine

No it's not.

Me:
What do you mean "no its not"? It has not happened with any other clothes and there is no reason a t shirt would rip like that in a washing machine

Yes they will if they catch inside the drum. The T-shirt is not faulty as you have identified it ripped in your washing machine.

What kind of material rips in a washing machine like that. I have never had this before with any other clothes

Any fabric can rip. I'm not arguing with you. Tough luck.

It is cheap material which will rip with rude and unhelpful customer service who used the phrase "tough luck" when I asked for my money back, I would avoid.

Ordered a t shirt 2 weeks ago and paid £5 1-2 working days postage! No responses to emails, instagram message or Facebook messenger. when I eventually did get a response they were so unhelpful. Appalling customer service. I did eventually receive my parcel but in the wrong size and colour! Is it even worth sending it back!

These guys are scammers. They create labels but don’t actually ship it. The courier says they have nothing from avora. After I keep asking for my refund I got ignored. Check all the reviews. Nobody is getting there packages.

Never even got my package. No reply to any messages, bad customer service.
Don’t get yourself the stress with PayPal or your Bank to retransfer your money!

Yet to receive items ordered so cant comment on them but placed an order with 1 - 2 day delivery, still no delivery 5 days later, no tracking number provided. Admittedly it was 1-2 working days, order placed Friday 29th

took 3 or 4 emails to get a response and then the response was shocking. I was informed it was black Friday so to expect delays which does not excuse the lack of response, tracking number or advertising speedy delivery when this was never going to be an option, was also told that sending three/four emails in a day would not make my parcel arrive any quicker (was not one day and only wanted a response/tracking number) and that they are not asos and don't work 24/7 (emails were sent during business hours) the manner in which the emails were wrote, was totally unacceptable.

The styling of the piece is excellent. However the fabric is quite thin and flat and lacks some shape. The pants are very comfortable although they feel like wearing pajamas.

As for the support. 10/10 excellent help before the order. However I did not get a reply to my question to support once my order was placed.

I ordered 1 shirt. 1 t-shirt and 1 swimshorts.
I got 1 t-shirt and 2 swimshorts og the same.

They have crap costumer service and are not replying my emails...

Absolutely useless. Been waiting for 4 weeks of my order and it’s nevr arrived. They ignore all social media messages and have no phone number to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM retracting payment through my bank today

Absolut joke of a company. Still haven't recieved my order after 2 weeks with europe express. I'm giving you until tomorrow, then i'm calling my bank and claiming my money back. Never gonna use them again.
