Actually, I gave up and bought a different set of shoes elsewhere as I had given up.
But, seeing that they finally responded to my emaol, and in the affirmative, and were generous to help, I went ahead and bought them... only because CS agent Emma did the extra effort to get me to complete my purchase.
As a businessman, I truly value that type of brand and loyalty building - kudos to you!

i ordered 2 pairs of shorts 2 months…
i ordered 2 pairs of shorts 2 months ago. was assured they would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. i emailed them to inquire as i had no tracking #. they responded and apologized. i still have not received my shorts, emailed again and not everything bounces back. still no shorts and i am out $300. these guys are a bunch of scammers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

This is an absolute untrusting company. I Re come d do not buy from them. Sizes are totally off. I was concerned when I placed my order and they assured me that their sizes are the same as American sizes. NOT even CLOSE!
Then they won’t take returns unless you place another for larger sizes. They will not refund your money!!
DO NOT BUY FROM AVXNUE

Sizes are completely off! Not even close to correct. I also got an alert when they sent the original order confirmation that the email was infected by a virus. I’ve since reached out about the sizing to exchange for another size and never received a response. Definitely a scam company

May 20 2023 no confirmation or tracking #. A rouse as they stated info is available, emails get kicked back phone # to busy signal no communication or status of order. They keep pushing sales but trying to get information on my order and money taken out of my account there is nothing. I count it as lose and learn. Avxnue is not in USA or Canada. BAD COMPANY

Scam Company (UPDATED)
Feels like a scam. Item arrived with bag open tag cut out. Was not what I ordered. When contacted, the cut and paste reply offered me no returns but a discount if I ordered more. Definitely not a real company. (UPDATE: they did reply to this-see below, as I was incorrect. They did not offer a FREE return. What they offered was for me to pay to return the tiny item which was a hefty fee. I still stand by my review that they are a SCAM).

Return policies are onerous and will cost 60% of the item's value to attempt, with significant restrictions on returning or refunding.
Is this clothing? Yes.
Would not recommend. You can do better elsewhere.

One of the worst companies. Period.
One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with in years. Poor CS and the garments are terrible. Shorts I received cost $50 and aren’t worth $15. Made in China, at least a size too small and shrunk after one cold wash and low tumble dry. They state they are an Australian company but their clothes are out of China. Do not buy.

This review is 100% Authentic… I ordered an IPhone 14 ProMax case and what arrived was an IPhone 12 Pro Max case. I reached to customer service and they are sending me the correct case at no charge. We all made mistakes from time to time and I am really impressed with how Avxnue addressed this one.

Total frauds - products are terrible quality, and their return policy requires you to ship product back to China. The shipping costs are more than the trash that they send you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
