Vince Zaleto is abs the best and most knowledgeable support person I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The Automated Payment Tools is a new technical space for me. Vince has been so kind, supportive and generous with sharing his endless knowledge.

I understand how a knowledgeable support person “can make or brake your willingness to move forward”. I appreciate Vince, Adrian Lyew, Jp Moses and Andy Howard.

I’ve bought so many businesses packages over the years trying to earn a passive income. This one by far is one of the best I’ve seen.

Kudos to great customer service

In a world of AI customer service it’s so refreshing to work with real people! Not just real people but ones who care. I am not tech savvy but have been interested in liquidity pools for about a year. When my first real glitch was something that seemed simple I was nervous about writing for help. Not once, twice but 3, 4 or 5 times! I got easy to understand responses and reassurance that I wasn’t the only person who needed assistance. I was treated like I mattered and they want me to succeed. Thank you!

JP and Lee Arnold make a dynamic team for educating private money lenders. Their dialogue and role plays are instructive and entertaining. There seems to be a glitch right now with the training videos but I am sure they will correct that shortly. Great way to learn!

The Best Support Staff Ever!

I just want to take a moment to share my comments about a very awesome company of great income opportunities. I've been a student for years and continue to be. My most recent course is such a great opportunity and I'm so excited to get finished and launch out into the deep! Whenever I reach out to Support, it doesn't take long before I hear from them; in record time, literally. Support is very resourceful with suggestions when I've gotten stuck or misunderstood something. They're very kind all the time and never an unfriendly attitude. They stand by their name "Awesomely" because they are truly awesome. With ALL companies I deal with, i.e., grocery stores, doctor's offices, etc., I am moved by customer service and how I'm treated. This is what I really appreciate with Awesomely, how I'm treated when I contact them. Never have I felt I was bugging them, or was treated unkindly. I have always been treated like a VIP even when I was requesting a refund. I'm elated to be a student of Awesomely with all their fantastic courses. Although the courses are off-the-chart for making good income, their Support Staff is what makes me stay. YAY!

What should be every service provider's goal?

I have been involved in many "programs" throughout my long life. What has ALWAYS separated the winners from the losers, in my humble opinion, is CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

You see, you have already been sold on the product or you wouldn't be seeking customer support; so, in the beginning, there are always questions that need quick, accurate answers. And it is here where CS either makes the program a success or a failure.

Awesomely is an example of a WINNER. Not only was the training complete and entertaining, it was thorough. And now that I am into the program, I find out that Awesomely lives up to their (catchy, I might add) name by being there, quickly for every single question I asked of them. Awesomely is one of the finest examples of what should be every service industry's idea of "customer support"!

Lack of customer service focused company

False advertisement of what's advertised in the course, lack of customer service, and lack of customer-focused values. It encourages fraudulent activity and does not refund customers. They obtain customers' credit card information and charge them unknowingly.

Great content, well presented, and support is there when needed.

I signed up for the Payment Pools course, and The Advantage Crypto Mastermind. I’ve been involved in crypto for around ten years, and have done frequent trading, hodling and staking at various times. The Payment Pools course content is densely packed,but very well presented, and taught me much I did not already know. I need to understand intuitively how things work, so have to grapple with stuff in slower time, and so was not ready immediately for “The Advantage”, which they are refunding, as promised in their presentation. Recommended as a rapid in-depth introduction to actually using crypto instead of just sitting on it.
