Lack of customer service focused company
False advertisement of what's advertised in the course, lack of customer service, and lack of customer-focused values. It encourages fraudulent activity and does not refund customers. They obtain customers' credit card information and charge them unknowingly.

Great content, well presented, and support is there when needed.
I signed up for the Payment Pools course, and The Advantage Crypto Mastermind. I’ve been involved in crypto for around ten years, and have done frequent trading, hodling and staking at various times. The Payment Pools course content is densely packed,but very well presented, and taught me much I did not already know. I need to understand intuitively how things work, so have to grapple with stuff in slower time, and so was not ready immediately for “The Advantage”, which they are refunding, as promised in their presentation. Recommended as a rapid in-depth introduction to actually using crypto instead of just sitting on it.

I am so glad I joined the liquidity pools program. The training on how to use crypto liquidity pools to make money is very good. I have made a decent amount of money since joining. Also, the support is top notch, they are very quick with very helpful responses whenever I reach out. If you want to get into investing with crypto this is a very solid strategy, I highly recommend checking out Awesomely's program.

Awesomely have been charging my card…
Awesomely have been charging my card $297 per month without my knowledge for six months and have provided absolutely zero value in the course. And this amount is supposedly for one zoom stream a week!?!? What a joke designed to strip away those who genuinely want to learn.
I cancelled it on their website 2 weeks ago, they beg me to spend even more in the process and they charged me again today despite the cancellation! No way to contact them on their website, their messaging app is broken and no email coming through for any of the charges.
These are the kind of people that think fraud is legitimate and unsubstantiated courses can make them rich by abusing others. STAY AWAY!
I will challenge ALL payment.
Stay away from these scammers, their course is absolutely empty and useless.

We immediately cancelled your Automatic Payment Pools Mastermind subscription and processed a refund for your most recent $297 payment. Our records show this was actually your first direct contact with us regarding any concerns about your membership.
Regarding your timeline, our billing records indicate you were charged for 5 months (January through May) rather than the 6 months mentioned. Your June 24th payment was voided the same day, so it never actually settled in your account.
We're genuinely puzzled by your comment about having no way to contact us, as we have a direct email exchange with you from June 24th. We maintain multiple contact methods including phone support, email, and our website contact form, all readily available during business hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
You still retain access to the complete Automatic Payment Pools training program, which provides comprehensive instruction on liquidity pool investing. We understand this situation has been frustrating, and we regret any confusion about the subscription terms during your initial purchase process.

Charged $197 to find out what they state they do. not notified that they would charge for this …
Wanted to understand what they did /offered. Determined their service (training) would not be of any value. Stated this to the person who called. He said he would call back in 5-6 mo. Now that I was charged without notice and apparently for no reason, I want no part of this company to ever contact me again.

I will "try" to be brief. In a nutshell, I got on a call with Member Support Team Leader, Mary Bernardo, who calmed my anxiety about this business model. I was very stressed about non-related issues that kept me from focusing and truly understanding the dynamics of this training and what to expect.
Mary took time to listen to my concerns, and then she stilled all the anxieties with the advise and assurance she provided me during our call. I am oblivious to wholesaling and this vast amount of information to me was very overwhelming.
She gave me the confidence I needed to take my time and go at my own pace. She also provided helpful tips to ensure I would not try to consume more info than my mind can digest in one setting.
She advised me that the access to the program was for a lifetime, and pointed out to me all the helpful resources that I had available to me throughout the training.
Initially, what added to my anxiety is that there were time-sensitive incentives associated with the Paper Flips that I was on the verge of missing out on. I didn't want to miss out, but I had a chance to go through the program so I could make a considered decision.
Mary assured me that not only will there be other opportunities, but that the training itself provides enough info and resources to be able to do this business model completely on my own!
That, was what I needed to hear! To the contrary I still hope that once I complete this training that the mentor program will still be available to me at the discount offered, but I am now at least at a bit more peace in case it is not.
My conversation with Mary gave me the confidence that she/they will provide the support I need when needed to help me understand anything not clear to me.
I am now fired up and on my way to getting it all going! The info so far has been nothing less than remarkable and I look so forward to completing training!
