Worst turn around times and customer service
I have had over 4 orders in the month of October that have sat in processing for very long periods of time. My customers are pissed and I have spent countless hours apologizing for this companies inability to process and ship on time. I am stressing about my shops reviews and my ability to deliver to customers. There customer service model is horrible, no phone number, messages and emails that are responded to when they feel like it and no sense of urgency which makes me doubt they care. The responses you do get are generic which makes me doubt the customer service team even knows what is going on with operations. They use to be a good company but not anymore

I love this company
I love this company. I do agree with others that the processing times can be long, I have a disclaimer on my product page that it may take longer as it is a custom order. I figure we expect things really fast. Since I dont offer super quick turn around on my sales page there is no problem. Somethings are worth waiting for. Then again some things come quickly. Same with Amazon though right? You have Prime, are promised it quickly and then where is it? it comes, just not when they said sometimes.
I like the customer service and the accountability for when products are not totally up to snuff. My experience with this company has been a good one. I vibe this company. Granted I dont do massive turn over at this point, so not sure how that would go but what I have sold so far, I am okay with it. This company is doing its best to fix problems and improve all the time. This is my favorite POD company so far.

I have more than 7 years in the POD…
I have more than 7 years in the POD industry and by far THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO TRUST YOUR ORDERS. I placed an order on October 13th and it has not yet been fulfilled. I have written more than 5 times (For 4 days in a row) to know the status of my order and they do not answer me. Other orders I placed with them were shipped after 7 business days. If you want to avoid problems and negative reviews in your store, avoid working with this company.

15+ days in production, and no end in sight
I placed my order on October 2nd, and it’s now been 15 days with the status still showing as 'processing.' This far exceeds the company’s stated production timeline of 3-5 days. My messages have been marked as 'seen,' by customer service, but I haven’t received a response outside of "we'll take a look" for 3 days ongoing.
It's impossible to run a POD store with this level of unreliability. As others have noted, their customer service is virtually nonexistent—no phone number, no live chat, and unresponsive to emails. I would recommend steering clear.

Awkward Styles will cost you your reputation
I started an Etsy shop and already the second order took some time to process. I thought it was a one time thing, but now I have 2 orders stuck in processing for more than a week. It's unbelievable. The support tells me, that it should be finished soon, but that was 3 days ago. The first customer reviews are important to me as a new shop and now I don't know how I can avoid negative reviews with these shipping times.

Awkward Styles Will Cost You Time, Money, and Reputation
If you're considering working with Awkward Styles, be prepared for extremely long processing times and frustratingly slow customer service. My current order started processing on the 14th, and it's now the 21st—9 days later—and it's still in production, with no sign of shipping to my customer. Their advertised processing time is 1-3 days, but that's far from reality. Despite reaching out to their customer service multiple times, I've yet to receive a response.
This isn't the first issue I've encountered. In the past, I had a problem with their system that took over a month to resolve due to the lack of timely communication. I even had to switch to another print-on-demand company during that time to keep my business running.
While they do offer some unique items, their high prices mean that customers only buy when there's a sale, which results in little to no profit for me. Unfortunately, this company has really ruined my reputation, leading to bad reviews due to late shipping.
Overall, I can't recommend Awkward Styles unless you're willing to risk delays, poor communication, and potential damage to your business reputation.

I havent worked with them too long, but so far I am satisfied because of their customer service, the ease with which I am able to lauch products on my self-hosted woocommerce shop, and their amazing product selection.

I love working with this company, aside from the great quality of their clothing. Very efficient on the time of delivery. The work they do is amazing any image on the clothing lasts and doesn't fade or get easily cracked after each wash.

Great online printing. The service is fast and the printing is top notch. I had my order going to the wrong address and reached out to customer service who fixed it quickly and were very helpful and professional. the prices are great too!

Quality & customer service don't exsiti
Over the past 3 years this company's quality and customer service has become terrible. I have multiple shirts that are about a year old where the ink has just come off the shirt.
They are able to charge my CC for their PRO plan when needed, but can't process orders with the same CC.
Do yourself a favor and find another company to do your orders.

Great place to print your own designs!
I wanted to design some clothing with my own patterns, and a friend of mine recommended this website to me. This is my third time ordering from them. Last year, I tried DTG printing for the first time. The design was relatively simple, and I was really happy with how it turned out! Earlier this year, I tried DTF printing. While there was a slight color difference, the overall print quality was excellent, and I absolutely love it! I've machine-washed it several times now, and the pattern hasn't been affected at all!

The worst POD company I've worked with…
The worst POD company I've worked with to date. They have cost me money in returns and I've lost customers due to their unreliable shipping times. Their quality isn't the best either. It took a month for one customer to receive her item and customer service said this was within their acceptable time frame. I had to issue a full refund because it was not acceptable to the customer nor was it acceptable to me.
