Axacharms Avis 

Ordered 9 charms from here on 20th October recieved via special delivery 3 days later. All charms where excellent looked exactly as on photos. Will order again, thanks Axa charms

AVOID AXA CHARMS. Ordered from the website but when charms arrived they weren’t as advertised. Filled out the contact form 3 times (no answer). Finally got a response on email and sent charms back via special delivery. The package has been received and signed for and now ignoring emails. Will need to contact bank to make a dispute claim.

Not received item, not responding to any of my emails, just want my money back or the items I have purchased!

The charms are good on the whole, however we have had a few where definitely not as advertised. We've contacted seller to return and absolutely no response. He then asked us to return which we have via special delivery and he's signed for them and is still ignoring the refund. So now has the charms and our money! Avoid as they don't deserve the business. Had to get the bank involved now.

First time I've ordered from Axa and it definitely wont be my last! I bought a hallmarked, beautiful Eeyore Pandora charm and it is solid and of excellent quality. I will definitely be buying from them regularly now.

Charm was a birthday present for my girlfriend. It fell apart less than a week of wearing it. Messaged the merchant via the contact form on the website, no reply. Requested a PayPal refund - still no reply from the merchant. PayPal found in my favour and refund received. It it seems too cheap and too good to be true, it is.

So impressed with this company.

Got to admit, i was quite skeptical when i read reviews, however I received the charms in 3 days! And packaged well and you couldn’t even tell they are dupes. Fantastic prices also will definitely order again, amazing quality too!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order on the 14th May and I am still waiting for my items. I decided to email the company and tge email bounced back with a mailer daemon message. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! SCAM!!!

Awful company. Wrong charm sent by them. No response to email and no other way to contact them. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid company at all cost? There are nothing but do not care about customer services or care about the person. Me and my wife made a genuine mistake and we double ordered. Ask them to cancel the order within 30 seconds of making it they did not respond and let them keep the little bit of money, but I would not buy from his company and I have advise you not to.

Initially, when I read the reviews I was very apprehensive having placed an order for nine charms.
The charms arrived the very next day (I paid for express delivery) I am totally satisfied with the charms, the service and civility. Thank you AXA CHARMS

I was afraid to order after reading the reviews, but at the moment I am very satisfied, I ordered on Sunday and the parcel was delivered on Wednesday. The charms look very good, I will order again

If I could give no stars I would. AVOID THIS WEBSITE. Although "looking like" genuine charms on the images, I can confirm after buying a few from Axacharms, they are no where near the quality. I took a pun as my order inquiry wasn't responded to prior to purchase. I wanted to know if they came in a pouch or box. They didn't. After my order came I tried to contact via the form on their site and the email address. As the email I sent bounced back I assume the contact form links to that, which doesn't work.

Not only is their no customer service, but the quality of items makes me question how this website is still allowed to sell.

I seem to have got lucky to actually receive my items according to other reviews which didn't, but its left me wishing I didn't.

What's interesting is an address is displayed but from my experience with this website it doesn't seem worth it to write to them. I've tried contacting over five times.

Ordered charms on the 18/02/24. Charms have not arrived.sent emails and not had any correspondence. wont be ordering again.

Item did not arrive and will not respond to several emails, no contact number to call.

Ordered a few times never disappointed very happy with charms
