Good experience
I ordered 2 charms but was a little tentative due to some of the negative reviews, however they both arrived quickly and well packaged and were really detailed and exactly as pictured. I already have a few more charms in my basket to order.

Ordered a charm, when i opened the package it was broken. Have tried contacting them for a refund but no one replies.

I ordered just one charm to start with just to see what it was like & make sure it arrived. It came a couple of days later & was brilliant. I have since done three further orders with about four charms in each & have been really pleased with all of them. I highly recommend this website.

I have recently started using this company and think they are excellent. The communication is good and responce times are quick. The goods are delivered within the time scales stated. All products I have recieved have been brilliant and the prices are amazing. I would definately recommend them.

Customer care & communication is absolutely terrible. No response
The item it self is very nice arrived as expected. But the after care is shocking I have tried contacting this company via Email 3 times now & no response. I need to return a charm. Customer care and communication is appalling. Don't bother with them.

No Customer Service !!
My partner ordered 3 charms and a safety bracelet on the 9th December 2023. The items did not arrive.
My partner sent 4 emails and I sent 3 on their own site. None of these communications were replied to. The payment was taken out on the 11th December 2023.
Payment was by visa and we have since contacted the bank and informed them of the situation. Barclays reimbursed the money on 5th January 2024.
