Fantastic customer service
Armamdo came to fit in a new electrical charger last week and his service was outstanding! He clearly explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He removed the old charger and was also kind enough to package it up in a tidy way so that we can re-sell if needed. He provided service with a smile, very friendly and approachable and gave clear instructions of how to set up the use of the charger!

Riley came to fit an EV charger, wasn't as straight forward as we would have hoped! However Riley did everything he could to sort the issues.
A kind, well mannered, thoughtful person who included me in decisions regarding the installation. An absolute gem of a guy and a credit to the company.

Excellent installation by Connor from AYP Electrical
The engineer ( Connor) arrived very promptly was extremely polite and personable.
He explained clearly what he was going to do and proceeded with the installation neatly , efficiently and skilfully.
We were kept informed throughout and he took the trouble to set up the OHme app for me and explained how the charging procedure works
All in all a wonderful experience.
Connor is a credit to the company and I highly commend his services.

Riley has been incredibly supportive and went above and beyond. He came to inspect the charger, did his work thoroughly, and even when the charger wasn’t working, he spoke with the supplier and proactively arranged for the entire charger to be replaced. Highly recommended for his professionalism and dedication.

Riley notified me of his arrival time and was very punctual and explained very clearly what he would need to do to complete the install . He ensured I was fully aware of when the electrics needed to be turned off and was very polite and informative on how the charge point was connected and what to look for to check in good working order . Very happy with the work , Riley is a credit to you !!

Armando came from AYP Electrical Ltd today to fit a charging unit for our new EV. He was polite from the outset, explained everything he was doing and asked whether we had any questions. He efficiently got on with the work, clearing up after himself as he went along, and made sure that we were aware of when he was, for example, going to switch the electricity off, etc. Overall, very pleased with his work - a very positive experience!

John did a great job installing my Ohme EV Charger.
Perfect cable run, which made it harder for him but looked so much better than expected. The end result is perfect, thank you so much for taking the time to do it all so tidily & professionally.
