Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with, they gave me an appointment, updated me on the installation time and sent an excellent installer called Callum. Really nice guy knew his stuff and was very polite efficient and just generally a great guy. Highly recommend..

OHME charger installation
Had our OHME charger installed today by Riley from AYP. Arrived at scheduled time and was professional, efficient and informative. The access for the main cable was not easy but Riley helped overcome this without any hesitancy or negativity. I was really impressed. Overall an excellent series and first rate job. Thank you.

Ohme home pro charger installation-
After a week’s delay as the first engineer,survey the job said it needed to be a whole day’s work as job was complicted said he would rebook the job.
Jon arrived on Thursday and install the charger which was complicated job to get the cable
through from the front house to under the stair, to power supply, he worked very efficiently and knowledgeable, Quality service, courteous, tidy,would highly recommend.

We have just had our EV charger…
We have just had our EV charger installed, ours wasn’t straight forward due to the location of our electrical supply. Firstly, we worked with Aran, as we hit a small issue on our appt. Aran, took this issue and turned it round for us and with his knowledge and a few additional photos and videos, he was able to put our install back on track. He kept us updated at every stage with no chases required from us, excellent service all round.
On the day of install Connor arrived, right from the start he was professional, knowledgeable and talked us through options. He had a “can do” attitude towards everything and nothing was a problem for him, this showed in his work.
Very impressed with the service and would recommend.

Very Kind Service
I’m so happy with the service that I’ve received today. Connor was so helpful and was able to explain how the charger works and everything. He even waited for me to arrive back from my shopping. I would definitely recommend this as they are generous and efficient.

Home charger installation
Luke installed my home charger this morning and it was an outstanding experience. He was very helpful, punctual, extremely tidy, knew exactly what to do and finished the job spotlessly. He made sure all was in good order, safe to use and gave few tips for future measures. Thank you so much Luke.

Great customer service - friendly and work of a very high standard
AYP installed my charge point at home today and they were amazing. In the lead up to installation they communicated timings clearly so I knew what to expect. The engineer, Connor, was very friendly and went above and beyond to install the charger in the most discreet way possible. He checked in regularly to make sure I was happy and the end result is fantastic! I really recommend using AYP.

Riley was extremely good and quick
Riley was extremely good and quick. He suggested fitting the charger in a better place than we thought. He communicated every step of the fitting process to us really well. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic customer service
Armamdo came to fit in a new electrical charger last week and his service was outstanding! He clearly explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He removed the old charger and was also kind enough to package it up in a tidy way so that we can re-sell if needed. He provided service with a smile, very friendly and approachable and gave clear instructions of how to set up the use of the charger!

Riley came to fit an EV charger, wasn't as straight forward as we would have hoped! However Riley did everything he could to sort the issues.
A kind, well mannered, thoughtful person who included me in decisions regarding the installation. An absolute gem of a guy and a credit to the company.
