Think hard before making the purchase

According to the company, If some one gets viral laryngitis and they are asked to see their PCP to get blood works before staring treatment for laryngitis, the blood works and pcp visit are not covered because “they are pre existing conditions”. What a joke.

It is the personal interaction that works with company personel. Azimuth's ability for me to be able to call Valerie about my claim status and then have her take a personal interest in my call is priceless. All Azimuth mail or text corresponance with their clents could have an employee name (at least their first name) signature rather than just a department name. Good job well done!

Highly Recommened. Very trustworthy

Everyone I worked with was professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me find the right solution for our family, which turned out not to be the most expensive. No high pressure tactics at all. Simply shared the facts and shared honestly what fit us the best. I highly recommend Azimuth and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

I was disappointed with the exclusions

I was disappointed with the exclusions. To exclude coverage of my wife of even thyroid cancer given that she has had completely stable TSH for over 12 years was unwarranted and not fair. Scientific data has proven there is no association of thyroid cancer with stable TSH for more than five years so why the exclusion?

Naturally we try to extend coverage to every Applicant. That's why we are in business. However, due to certain medical conditions, we can only offer coverage with a Medical Rider with restrictions or exclusions on coverage for a certain period of time. It is then left up to the Applicant if they accept the Medical Rider with our offer of coverage. As a potential customer you have the option to accept or decline our offer for coverage. The application process couldn't be easier

The application process couldn't be quicker or easier. This season we had no claims, so nothing to report on that front. Last year we did need to file a claim for emergency surgery. It was a long process that took a lot of effort, but in the end we raeached a fair and acceptable conclusion.

I always use Azimuth Risk Solutions when traveling out of the country. The company has been professional and quick to help if needed. I find using their website to book our insurance is quick, easy and affordable. It gives us comfort knowing we are protected and will be taken care of if the time is ever needed.
